We had a gift voucher at Christmas, valid only until February 9th (a little short to use a gift voucher), and in addition you have to pay 20 € if you want to use it on a weekend (poor offer finally).
At the same time as us there were 2 groups of families who monopolized all the common areas, so we didn’t really enjoy the pool or the outdoors in general.
The reception closes at 6pm and then no staff on site, for a Saturday night it is very average. In addition, the pool was supposed to close at 9pm, but that evening until 11pm adults and children were playing in the water.
Free parking was not offered to us, fortunately there is room outside.
In the description, the bars and restaurants quoted “nearby” you actually have to take the car, while there are other bars and restaurants within 10min walk.
Pros: well placed and very well soundproofed room. But maybe replace the fridge in room 4 which makes a rather unpleasant whistle intermittently, I woke up in the middle of the night to unplug it. Not even a bottle of water offered in the room, really nothing....
To book with several and “privatize” the place it must be great, taking into account that it is not a hotel and that there is no hotel service on offer, you must plan to be totally autonomous

The meeting
We left to visit the Lava flows forgetting our bag that the boss naturally brought us on his own initiative at the start of our hike which was more than 15 minutes away on motorcycle.

so-so
No table or small desk in the room Very positive point the large fridge with small freezer
The exteriors are quite nice and the common kitchen is relatively well equipped (small oven - microwave - toaster - filter coffee maker and a Nespresso...)
Big downside to the tranquility (party on a Friday and Saturday until after midnight... children screaming until midnight in the swimming pool...)
Either we don't put rules of life within the complex or we put them in place and we enforce them.
Disappointed by Vacoa
