Great place, nicebut unexeperienced staff
I stayed a night on my cycling trip through Romania on August 2019. The hostel is nice, well located close to the impressive citadel and it was brand new.
The room was not the typical hostel packed room but spacious and nicely decorated.
The hostel has all the facilities expected from it: Kitchen where to cook, room to chill, laundry service, nice yard where to relax....
The bathroom is also spacious and clean, but noticie that showers are only protected by a curtain in a unisex facility. Not a problem at all for me but maybe other travelers may feel lack of privacy.
The staff is friendly and helpful but still a little bit unexperienced: I had an issue which took a while to get fixed, but anyway, they were helpful and friendly all the time.
I highly recommend staying in this hostel if hostel is the kind of accommodation looked for while in Alba Iiulia.
