We arrived around noon, while checking in was only after 3pm. We were immediately informed by the very nice lady at the reception that , for early check in, we have to pay extra 30% from the room night value (already paid) ….usually in other more “customer friendly “ hotels, if you arrive early and there is a room ready, you get it without any additional payment. Not here. I was not
In the mood to pay 30% more for 3 hours…
We had to go out and come back after 3pm ..
Besides this , the room is ok, excellent breakfast, the hotel looks nice inside but the small things, very cheap shampoo and shower gel…the Chinese ones you find in every 2 stars pension, broken trash bin , ve try cheap toilet paper…there was absolutely no air vent working in the bathroom so after each shower you would have a free “steam rooom” or sauna 😅 ,
Otherwise excellent location, great garage with plenty of space, small sauna but great and jacuzzi (the Jacuzzi was not working that weekend we stayed)
Good food in the restaurant, very nice people!!

It is a nice hotel , clean, good breakfast, great staff, small spa with good sauna ;
however some inconveniences in the room, the air in the bathroom was not working, very cheap shampoo and shower gel, very cheap and broken trash can, cheap toilet paper …the small details that make me think about 3-4 stars, not 5 !

Best in Arad

Best in Arad, in the heart of the city, very good food .
Underground free parking , spa , gym .
Really nice stay.

Very bad choice

This is not our first visit in this hotel but probably the last one.
First the good: a very large underground parking, accesible by elevator. This is a great help . Also the restaurant: food is decent, service very good.
Negative: rooms are very dark, not enough light, rooms are big but there are no closets and space to deposit personal belongings.
Mattress is hard as a rock and was impossible to sleep , this is the worst in this hotel.
Breakfast : arrived in the last 30 minutes ( but in time) and all that was left were a few cuts( which I do not eat).
I asked for a simple yogurt but they said they do not have.
No more eggs, only toast bread, no service at all. At a motel you got more than that.
So no more Aniroc! You need normal mattresses, you worked only for design but not for comfort!!
