Excellent

Very nice very low costs, very nice workers very nice location and in front has a shop where you can shop since there is no breakfast including perfect rooms all well working... There's nothing to say it's a really nice hotel

AVOID!!!

English: Avoid this property as much as possible — they are extremely unprofessional. They don’t honor reservations, and you risk being left without a room. We travel abroad quite often, and this is already the second time we’ve been called shortly before arriving at the property and told that the room is no longer available. You end up stranded, at night, in a foreign city, because they simply don’t care about people. For an extra 40–50 lei they might get from someone else, they choose to treat people terribly.
Romanian: Evitati pe cat se poate aceasta proprietate, sunt foarte neseriosi. Nu isi respecta rezervarile si riscati sa rameneti fara camera. Noi calatorim destul de des in afara tarii, si deja este a doua oara cand suntem sunati cu putin timp inainte de a ajunge la proprietate si suntem anuntati ca nu mai este disponibila camera. Si ramai pe drumuri, noaptea, intr-un oras strain, pentru ca lor nu le pasa absolut deloc de oameni. Pentru 40-50 lei in plus cat pot incasa pe o camera de la altcineva, aleg sa isi bata joc de oameni.

A terrible experience for me. Even though the price was low, I don’t think it’s acceptable to have dirty sheets and miserable conditions. It’s bearable for one night…but for more than one night…that’s just cruel! Again, your experience might be different and you may get a better room but there’s a possibility you won’t so be prepared if you choose this location… even though I advise you not to.

A pleasant surprise

When you book a hotel, b&b or hostel at the lowest possible Price, you cant expect much. But here, I was greatly surprised. Very clean, nice furniture, plenty space, exellent wifi and a good bathroom. And for 95 Lei (20€), not 114 as booking writes.
No breakfast, but refrigerator and a Big supermarked across the street. Tramway to the center outside the door (3 Lei - 60cent) every 5-10 minutes

Avoid

Worst host ever. He wanted to take advantage of the late hour I've arrived to check in. I've booked a triple room over the phone. When arrived we were handed the keys from a double and expected me to pay for a triple. I've asked for an extra one person bed, denied my request and insisted that I have to pay for a triple room without the benefit of the room. After several times that I've asked to explain why I should pay extra for a service that wasn't provided, while my family were in the room getting ready for sleep, the man from the front desk started to shout scream to vacate the room " now". I've had other bad experiences in my travels but this is the worst by far.
