This apartment was perfect for me

I stayed in the Apartment with the Garden view and really enjoyed it. It was really nicely laid out with a nice kitchen are and TV area apart from the bedroom. I thought the apartment was perfect for me. It had everything I needed and was very close to all the main sites and restaurants in the old town.

Room 1 don’t stay there

On arrival the owner was polite and helpful. Location fabulous, bed comfortable and that’s where it ended. Before I begin our friends stayed in Room 3 which was a world apart.
The shower doors didn’t close properly, the wire shower rack was so rusty and with previous occupiers soap still on the rungs plus the grout in the tiles was black and finally the heated towel rail had seen better days. Felt dirtier after having a shower.
Mould on the walls in the kitchen.
We had a kettle but there wasn’t a plug socket anywhere near the worktops so the owner had to sort us out an extension lead. Poorly equipped kitchen.
No wardrobe just a rail.
We requested by text an iron from the owner and thought we would take the opportunity to mention these points but if we as left outside.
Apartment generally dark and dingy.
We left after 2 days and forfeited our final night. We let the owner (again by message)know that we were leaving early but he didn’t ask why
Shame because we love Braşov.
I must reiterate this review only applies to room 1, the ground floor studio.

Great Location, Comfortable & Quiet

The one bedroom apartment we had for 4 nights was exactly as pictured on-line. It was comfortable, quiet and in a great location, only a couple minutes walk to Town Hall Square, the Black church, shopping and the TI. There were many restaurants on the square and nearby so we decided not to cook in the apartment as it was more fun to try Romanian food. Romania is still very affordable by western standards. We took an Uber to the train station when we left for Bucharest as we had been warned about taxis overcharging. Uber was less than $3. The train was about $11 per person - 2nd class.

Felice della scelta. ..

Ho appena passato 6 notti in questo posto. Molto contenta della scelta. Molto pulito e molto tranquillo. Un posto che ti offre la possibilità di fare una mini vacanza con tutti i confort di casa tua. Si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. Bellissimo posto. Complimenti ai gestori. Lo raccomando con piacere. Se torneremo a Brașov sicuramente andremo nello stesso posto.
