Probably the best restaurant in Poiana Brasov!

We had the pleasure of serving a meal at the Vlasin house on October 27, 2024.
Everything is exceptional, the food is exactly as in the pictures and it tastes amazing.The service is impeccable and the prices are very good, therefore I wholeheartedly recommend this location.

Great place !!

I staid in Casa Vlasin for one night and i must say that all vas at great . The people at the desk and at the restaurant are very nice , in the room s it vas heating ( veri cold for september) . Privet parking , masive bed !!!

Best food in Poiana Braşov

We have been going to Poiana Braşov for four years now as a family and I can say without doubt that the food at Casa Vladimir is delicious, simple and cooked to perfection. We have tried most of the restaurants however we keep going back to Casa Vlasin. The food, the service and the ambiance are perfect.

Mixed feelings

We stayed here only for one night and I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The construction is nice and the location is great, just in the center of Poiana Brasov. It has a free small parking, great in the winter, when is almost impossible to find a place. The only problem is that this parking is only half paved.
The room we stayed is quit small and very basically furnished. One bed (big and very comfortable), one chair, one big enough wardrobe, one floor lamp and one side table with TV set (flat screen). As nightstand they put two metallically stools painted in a strange gray, who looks already dirty. The entire room furniture let you with the impression of unfinished or temporarily added items. No fridge or minibar, no telephone, no reading lamps and no place to put your luggage. The bathroom is also quit small but clean enough. Soap, shampoo and towels are provided. The bathroom furniture is an average quality one, the shower is leaking and the shower drain was clogged.
The room had also a small balcony facing the parking place, very good for taking a breath of fresh air. Here also, a single chair (if you are a couple, one of you will stand) and one ashtray, shared with the neighboring room. Again the balcony seems unfinished: the floor tiles not reach the edge and the wall who divide the two twins balconies is corrupt.
The breakfast is a buffet type one and is served in the basement restaurant. The food quality is very poor and quantities are limited (they don't refresh the trays once is finished). The coffee must be ordered to the waiter, who seems to be very unhappy with his job. And another custom, seen also in other places in Poiana Brasov: reusing of remaining food from previous evening for next day breakfast. There is also a terrace in the front of the restaurant, but we didn't eat there so I cannot comment it.
The staff behavior is also on the balance: some are polite and attentive, willing to help you with informations and some bored and careless.
All the hotel get you mixed feelings, as i mentioned in the title, and it's a pity because with a small investment and a proper maintenance, I think, this place could be a great one (of course, the dimensions of some rooms cannot be changed but even there improvements can be made). The price is slightly below the average price in Poiana Brasov. If they going to fix some of their problems I am willing to stay again in this hotel.
