A nice room but some drawbacks
Room was spacious and consisted of a bedroom and kitchenette, plus a hallway and bathroom. There was no seating area apart from a breakfast bar in the Kitchen.
Kitchen was large and spacious with a full sized fridge/freezer, unfortunately I found mould inside the water dispenser container in the fridge, which was clearly missed by the cleaning routine.
One of the most annoying things was that basics were missing from the kitchen, lack of simple items such as a cloth or sponge to wash dishes and clean the kitchen area cost nothing but make the stay much easier. There was also no hot water on the kitchen sink, only cold, with hot water working in the bathroom only. Now picture trying to wash up plates in cold water with no sponge or brush!
Drain on bathroom floor is lacking a water trap, meaning ammonia smells rise from the drain and fill the bathroom. Also the bathroom plug was an incorrect size, so despite having a bath, it was almost unusable. Another feature missing is a stand-up shower, commonly missing in Eastern Europe but a simple fix, just fit a proper shower clasp at above head height and install a shower curtain to stop splashes. We don't need 1-handed sit down showers in 2022!
Side table in bedroom screwed to the wall but loose. Parking advice confusing "park on the 5 places in front of the building marked with an X" - there are more than 5 or less than 5 depending on how you define "front of building" and one is over someone's garage so don't park there. Spaces usually taken up by people who know they will not get charged (locals perhaps)? We got lucky and squeezed in a small gap on the first night (Cars parked badly on spaces) but no luck the second night of our stay and had to park a street away and pay for parking (easier said than done!).
With some simple touches, and clearer information, especially about parking, this place could be very good, but lacking TLC and attention.
