Pleasant Stay with Excellent Staff in a Centrally Located, Traditional Hotel

The hotel shows signs of age, and this is visible in the furniture and treatment facilities, but everything remains functional. The rooms are acceptable, and the staff at both the treatment base and the hotel are excellent. The restaurant and services are simple and home-style, so guests expecting fine dining or luxury conditions may be disappointed. Overall, considering the hotel’s category and its central location in Băile Tușnad, it offers a generally pleasant experience with good access to local tourist routes.

Beautiful hotel destinated for treatment

A beautiful hotel destinated for Spa and treatment tourism with an extraordinary treatment base and super professional staff. It is in need of renovation but the conditions are still very good for the money you pay. I am convinced that when the renovations are completed, the hotel and its facilities will be of a superior level to the infrastructure in this country.

A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.

We were only at the restaurant for dinner. The grilled meat was a disaster, tough as if it had warmed up. It has been almost completely packed for our dogs.I hope the dogs eat it.Once and never again.The cook is unable to prepare,,,,,juicy meat.

Food Great ,service good

You go there and you have to consider to have the upgrated rooms because is safe :))) and is allright and the cleaning personel is nice .
Unfortunately on the beginning you go to ceck in and in front of you is one of the ladies that are there for ages and do not undertsnd that you are there for relaxing at your own money not on her money and that is sad and must be changed .
The other lady is funny and easy going given you the feeling that maybe you dreamed that you meet the grumpy woman :)))
The hotel is allright and the food is like on 5 stars hotel and all the chitcken personel are nice and take care of you if you whant to ask something .
Also the to go to make procedures with sparkle watter is nice and great for your health but you have to get recommendation from your doctor .

Good service and good food

I have been in july last year with my daughter for couple of day and we were impressed by the safety measures in place an sanitizer available all over the hotel, restaurant and reception area.
Breakfeast was great and the staff was very helpful. I will return any time with great pleasure.
