Avoid this place by all means
This place should be illegal, un facts im sure it is. Unbelievable dirt, doors doesnt even close, the bathtroom cannot be called bathroom, everything is broken, disgusting, i regret i didnt take photos. You cannto imagine the level of inadmissible thats here. I dont know how this place is allowed to exist. Just avoid it!

This place is horror
The rooms look NOTHING like the photos on Booking. You are not offered different price categories on the site. I booked 2 rooms at 250 lei per night (the photos on Booking looked amazing compared to reality), and when I saw them, I was disgusted to even walk in, so I took other rooms on the 2nd floor for 400 lei per night (they were more decent but still not great).
The space is very small, there was a horrible smell, and the bathroom looked like it had survived three wars. I was disgusted to even step inside. The furniture was very old and poorly maintained. There is a TV in the room, but you don’t get the remote (you have to pay extra for it). Towels are also charged (20 lei), and what they call air conditioning (probably just a fan) costs 50 lei per day. I paid 400 lei per night for nothing.
The entire complex looks like something out of a horror movie. The stairs are not stable at all, nor is the so-called terrace. It is outrageous that they advertise offers on Booking while in reality things are nothing like that. At the very least, for the money they charge, they could have included more of the “services” they claim to offer. With the money they make, they could easily invest more in these rooms instead of acting like a towel is some kind of luxury service that must be paid for, same with the remote control.
I was given a tiny towel for free only because I complained about their services — a towel so thin you could see right through it.
The only good thing about this complex is the location: from the terrace you can see the sea, and the beach is right across the street. The prices in no way justify the services offered. I am not a picky person, but at least the basics could have been included for 400 lei per night: two towels, proper air conditioning, and a remote control, even if cleanliness and conditions were still poor.
The only reason I stayed here was because I had no other options during this period, and I didn’t want to walk around with luggage to other places, especially since I was with middle-aged people who wouldn’t have been comfortable moving around. Honestly, the whole experience made me realize how badly people take advantage of such situations in Romania.
No one forced me to stay here, true, but without a car and with no better options in this budget, I had no choice. Yes, I paid 400 lei, but that doesn’t mean I was happy with the situation or the place. I stayed here out of necessity. I wasn’t the only one complaining about these conditions. Many rooms didn’t even have hot water, and the fridges didn’t work.
