Perfect location

If you travel to Deva or around, i highly recommend this place. It's 3 minutes from the cable car that takes you up to the fortress and in the middle of all the other touristic attractions. The room is big, very clean and the host is just wonderful, always with a smile on and ready to help in any possible way!

Not recommended

We had a reservation for one night on 21.08.2024, we arrived at 10.20 p.m., the check-in time being 5-11 p.m. and having confirmed the online reservation. Since the door was locked, I called the displayed number. The man who answered me said that there is no one left at the villa and that we cannot stay. I asked him what to do in the given situation, being with a child in the car and without access to the accommodation I had confirmed, the man simply told me to cancel the reservation and hung up on me. I stayed one night at this villa 2 years ago and, although the conditions were not exactly good, I chose again for one night, being in transit. The apartments are not ventilated, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the only plus is the view towards the fortress

Quiet stay and beautiful view of the fortress

Very nice appartment, with a huge terrace and a beautiful view of the Deva fortress. The villa seems somewhat crammed between block of flats, but it has its own parking place in front of the entrance. In the main hall there is a dinig area and a little bar with coffe filter and microwave, free to use. The owner is an overly jovial guy, making one feel very welcome or reluctant, depending on your type - but he serves a very good schnapps as a welcome gesture!

Excellent!

An accommodation of 5 stars: a very friendly host willing to solve any problem you may have, it is clean, modern and expensive furnished, large accommodation spaces, AC, free cofee in the morning and free Palinka in the evening. Soundproofed windows. Highly recommended!

Horrible!

Room 4 does not have a balcony, the windows are opaque, there is only a small ventilation oberlicht, including the bathroom. The windows are all opaque. Unable to look out. Claustrophobic !!
Extremely cold... room 4 has no heating in the room (only an AC) just in the small room in front, where the radiator was a bit warm.
I slept tormented on an old 2-seat couch for 3 nights without fresh air in the small room.
The sockets are 110V, impossible to charge the mobile, except for the 220V TV.
Have a splitter with you!!
There is no 24h reception, just a gentleman (manager) who does everything and just comes to receive the tourists. Otherwise, you're on your own! Impossible to have breakfast! There is a small refrigerator and I bought some food from the supermarket and stored it there to have it for breakfast.
Check-out: 11AM, check-in: 5PM!! Really, sir??
NOT recommended to anyone!!
