Nice place for family trips

Pros:
- situated right on the beach (new wing, sea view), 2 beach chairs included in the room price
- the beach is ideal for small children (water level around 70 cm max on children`s beach)
- the rooms were nice and clean
- staff members were nice and always smiling and willing to help
- the hotel`s restaurant (Breeze) offered quality food at reasonable prices. The only dish to avoid from my POV is Poseidon plate which offers you so little for the money you`re paying. Otherwise, the restaurant personnel was friendly, always smiling and their recommendation were amazing
Cons:
- only a minibar type refrigerator in the room (and even this one was not working properly)
- the bathroom mirror was too high placed (So not useful unless you`re very tall)
- no breakfast included
Improvement proposal:
- it would be nice if a solution could be found to have a pool for small children for when the sea water is too cold

Awfull !!!

To avoid this one. altough on their site and on the booking they say that that the rooms have AC when we entered we saw that we didn't have one. the wi-fi is not working in the new building. we'll never come back here!!! The only good point here is the view.

Very good location

Big rooms, clean, location on the beach and good food in the restaurant. The location is near Calatis Festival place. Near the hotel is a large free parking place. In the back of the hotel is a large beach with fine sands.

Terrible

Air Conditioning didn't work, bathroom has no shelf to put toiletries on, they barely provided a tiny soap each day. The bathtub leaked and there is no shower curtain. The tub is small and weird and all the water splashes all over the bathroom. No breakfast included. Coffee at the bar downstairs is a ripoff, they charge a different price each day, especially if you're a foreigner.
THERE IS NO PARKING! You have to fight for a space in the public beach parking, good luck. There is NO PRIVATE BEACH - you get a couple of beach chairs for free in the middle of the crowd.
DO NOT expect service or a smile from the older lady at the reception desk. The gentleman was better, and so was the young lady, but the old one won't even say hello, forget smiling. The only good thing about this experience was the cleaning lady, who did a thorough job, with a smile too. And the view was nice. other than that it was expensive and sub-par. Services on the Romanian sea side are horrible, very few places where you're treated decently. Most waiters treat you like you're bothering them by showing up, prices are through the roof and quality is zero. Spend your money somewhere else!!!

Not so good

The stayed in double delux room. The room is clean, the furniture is new, it has a balcony where you can smoke. It's located on the beach. The hallway to the room smells brecause there is no ventilation. The same smell is in the room/bathoom. There is no air conditioner , if you want to sleep throught the day the temperature is preety high and because it's situated on the beach throught the day there is no quite time,
