Nice stay.

We traveled in a group of four peoples and stayed five days in an apartment (like) with two rooms and a bathroom. It was comfort, clean, close to some bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping malls. Price was budget compared with some others in that zone. It has a small kitchen, oven, freeze etc. Only ten minutes walking to the city center. Staff was friendly but so difficult communicating in English.

Horrible staff, clean but basic rooms, near the centre

Receptionist lady did not speak any English despite having stated so, she just repeated herself but even the numbers did not go fluently for her. Whenever I asked a question regarding our stay or the restaurants/public transport nearby, she either did not understand me, yelled at me or indifferently rejected to hear me entirely.
If someone works in the tourism industry, speaking English and being polite+helpful with the clients should be among their basic skills, at least as far as I consider.
Breakfast was not available despite the fact that it was signed in our confirmation, and the receptionist lady was again not helpful at all when I enquired about possibilities nearby (you can, however, reach a few cafés in 200 metres).
Room was clean, but without a fridge, which I think is quite an elementary tool of a hotel room, anyways.
You have to pay an amount of 2EUR for air conditioning, which I find ridiculous: why can they not just include it in the price?? It is so not guest-friendly...
The hotel is just an 8 minutes' walk from the city centre, where you can hop on a tram or sit in a nice restaurant.

good place to stay

I'm coming here for a long time and I have to say that last visit was a nice surprise. It has always been a very good value for money but now it got even better. They have improved and they the value for money went up. The location is great and the rooms are clean.

Just cheap

A very cheap place to stay, but very clean or taken care of. It has a parking lot, wifi, but the room I stayed, apartament no.3 was not very ok. The bathroom had mold and the furniture bad. I don't think that it needs only to be cheap. The employees were nice and the location is good, about 10 minutes of walking from the city's center.

good place to stay when you are on a limited budget

It is a low budget (under 20 Euro per night for double room) hotel, located in the center of the town (10-15 min. walk from the pedestrian central street).
Rooms are pretty large and clean and the receptionists are nice and friendly.
