Great hotel

The halotel is a hotel we have not visited for the first timeThis time we were in late October and early November.
We usually arrive in the off-season, book in advance, so the cost is very low. That said, the conditions are great!
The hotel is always clean, the room is cleaned every day, the towels are changed once every four days. Bed linen is clean, mattresses are excellent, comfortable. The beds are separate mostly. There are several rooms with a large double bed, need to be specified.
The hotel is located 7-10 minutes walk from the train station and airport, next to the motorway. It's a plus for us. We always come by train, we always walk to the hotel. It's 10 minutes to the sea. Near the Orange Shopping Centre Hotel, it has a small market on the 1st floor, as well as the dining room "SeliPoeli", places more interesting - closer to the sea.
We lived on the 5th floor in a comfortable spacious room with floor windows and a view of the pool
From our balcony you could see a piece of sea (51 rooms). By the way, rooms on the first are much cheaper (but going straight to the pool, take this into account, not everyone is comfortable, it can be noisy). Although I think next time I'll choose the ground floor for a good WiFi, there were still interruptions on the fifth floor(.
The hotel is quiet and quiet at night, me and the baby always go to bed until 10 p.m.
Warm heated pool at any time of year❤️ We bathed even in inclement weather. There are sun loungers by the pool where, if you're lucky with the sun, you can sunbathe. By the way, even in November, we tanned for several days (from 20 heat was outside, and not a single cloud)).
Separately, I would like to thank chef Ivan for the wonderful breakfasts, full, quality. They can be paid separately.
The chef cooks and watches the order at breakfast. I think it's very important: that's why the dining room is just perfect and sterile.
There is always a choice: porridge milk and without milk, cottage cheese casserole (very delicious with condensed milk), tea or coffee (soluble), milk, compote, salad vegetable, omelet or eggs boiled, pasta, sausages boiled. Again this time there was a cupcake, I especially liked it: with cereals, with poppy, moderately sweet, I recommend))
Clearly, absolutely everywhere: in rooms, all over the place. The girls and the guys at reception are keeping a tight watch. The hotel owner is always aware of any little things, literally immediately solves all problems that have arisen.

Not recommended

Cancelled the reservation at this hotel for family reasons, 24 hours was paid for by me. A month later, the money has not been returned. That already says a lot...

ATTENTION!!! THOSE WHO WANT A GOOD REST!!!

ATTENTION!!! ATTENTION!!!WARNING!!To those who want a good rest I do not recommend!!! The hotel is in some kind of a turnpike. It's a long way from the sea. First to get out of the 300-400-meter turnpike, then to the 250-meter bridge, across the bridge, and from there, the 450-meter. The pool is small. It runs from 8 to 21. Booked an upgraded junior suite. The room does not correspond to the declared dimensions of 25 m. Previously vacationed in the Illiad, there's room standard more. After seeing all this we decided not to check in. Although we got here a little earlier we held us for 24 hours. They were not allowed to stop for 24 hours. I had to find another option immediately. The result. Lost money and that the most hurtful whole day instead of rest solved issues (the day was lost). ATTENTION!!! DON'T BUY INTO THE PHOTO!!!. They make everything look bigger than it is. I rest in Adler often. And for the first time faced such problems!!!! I can't attach a photo because I didn't have time to take a picture.

Maximum from minimum. Sufficient for 1-2 nights.

The hotel is not bad for those traveling light or for a short period of time. Stay the night and get the most from the minimum - that’s how it is! The hotel is clean and tidy. Thank you very much to the administrator who came to grips with the current situation and gave us a room ahead of schedule.
The room has a minimum of things. Beautiful view of the mountains from the window. The dining room is not bad for the money. Even the assortment is decent. Microwave on the 1st floor and iron. There is no water cooler. For its purposes the hotel is ok.

В номере на полу ковролин, который не чистят. Отель удобно расположен - рядом с жд вокзалом (10 минут пешком) и аэропортом. Номер трехместный, но на балконе был только один стул. Персонал доброжелательный. Завтраки без разнообразия, но сытные и вкусные
