Самый лучший персонал который может быть.Улыбчивые и отзывчивые.Отдельное спасибо администратору и повару.Очень хороший отель, чистый уютный, мы обязательно вернемся.Отдыхали с женой и младенцем.Спасибо!

Spoiled vacation

The only thing normal about this hotel is the pool. Everything else is terrible. In the cafeteria, they just hate you for coming to them to eat! Small portions don't taste good. Second tea for a fee. Only tea or compote (red water) is allowed. A very greedy owner. Cooler's not on the floor. The towel is sad. They tell the residents that they took an extra piece of pie (which is 3cm by 3cm) and then discuss it violently. Everyone bashes. I don't recommend coming here. Food is ordered to the hotel by holidaymakers with delivery to eat normally.

I don’t recommend it, you need to remove stars from this hotel. 10,000 per day, leave 50,000 and just run from there, it’s terrible!!!

I haven't seen a dirtier hotel in a long time. There is no cleaning service in all hotels! In the food area, you feel like you are not paying for the food! Rudeness from employee Marina, who confused that when working with people, being kind and smiling is her responsibility! With a child, do not come before 8 am, even for boiling water. The pool is just a nightmare, dirty, muddy. The territory is not cleaned up at all!!! In the corridors, like in a dorm, the dirt is incredible. Even though we weren’t expecting something wow, it was important that it was clean! Ruined vacation.

Отель гов*о никому не советую
Посмотрите что я бронировала и что получила
Обещан был номер голубой с видом на море. Спустилась сказать что так не честно что это обман администратор нахамила наорала на то что я сказала что ну в будущем лучше исправить что бы не было таким проблем ответ перед ором что «девочка у меня проблем нет проблемы у тебя» я максимально не конфликтный человек но это был ужас
Сняли на сутки сидели в номере все это время ужас
Приложила фото номера за 5к
Это максимум 1300₽
За такой номер должны еще мне были доплатить
Вонь нереальная

Чистенько, приятно, немножко не хватает косметического ремонта. Персонал кухни странный, хотелось бы более делового стиля общения и поведения. В остальном твердая 4, за ту цену, что мы заплатили можно поставить и 5-
