Located on the Black Sea beach in Khosta town, this hotel features an outdoor swimming pool and a massage service. Breez Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with a fridge. Every room at the hotel includes contemporary décor and a balcony overlooking the sea or the town. Bathrooms come with a shower. European cuisine is served in the Breez’s restaurant with an outdoor terrace. Breakfast is also offered every morning. Relaxation at the hotel is provided by the sauna and the swimming pool, while karaoke and barbecue facilities can be found on site. A massage service is also available. Khosta Train Station is 50 metres from Breez Hotel, offering a direct link to Sochi. A transfer to Sochi Airport (11 km) is offered on request. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. Rudeness, mold and noise for 8000 per day
1) Administrator Inna! A wonderful person, always ready to help in any situation. I needed dishes - no problem, towels - no questions asked, any question - always answered. He constantly walks around the hotel and cleans, cleans, solves problems, in general, a person who knows 100% in the hotel business! A magnificent woman, if not for her, the impressions would have been much worse.
2) Proximity to the sea. We had a three-room Suite, it had two balconies and both overlooked the sea. It's gorgeous in terms of views.
3) A very tasty establishment on the ground floor, “Kitchen with an Accent”. The prices are, of course, restaurant prices, but the dishes also taste very restaurant-like. We tried, it seems, the entire menu.
And now to the cons. Not to say that the vacation was ruined, but I will not return to this hotel again for the following reasons:
1) The rudeness of the manager Egor towards us: we simply stood with a child sleeping in a stroller on the wrong side, preventing him from getting into HIS PERSONAL parking space (which is not marked in any way, not indicated, but simply looks like a hotel area on the right side stairs), because he CAME HOME. Despite the fact that initially we were given a place under the stairs for the stroller (because there is not a hint that it would be possible to lift the stroller upstairs without yourself, because there is a 40-step staircase without a ramp), the entrance to which is on TWO SIDES. That is, no one said that you can’t get close to the other one. Because of the renovation, it was impossible to approach from the left; they made everything there with tables, chairs and other things, and on the right, you know, we were TERRIBLY in the way of the manager. Dear Egor! Since you don’t know how to communicate with people, and even more so with the guests of your hotel, then I advise you to reconsider your field of activity as a whole, because with such boorish behavior, comments on the topic that it’s all YOURS, it’s better not to get involved at all guest business. Unfortunately, it was precisely this situation that forced me to give you exactly the rating that I give.
2) During the week of our stay, renovation of the above-mentioned cafe began. It’s incredibly unpleasant when you come to take a break from the hustle and bustle and look at the sea, but you feel like you’re in a Moscow apartment, where someone is drilling, chiseling, knocking, and so on from morning until night. Plus the smell of welding and paint in the room.
3) We are very noise tolerant in principle. Even taking into account the child. But here the noise level is quite high: trains, proximity to the road, music from establishments, screaming night revelers along the shore. In general, for those who want silence, this is not the place.
4) The furniture in the room looks like it has been worn out. It’s basically impossible to sleep on the sofa, the bed in the attic is average, the king size bed is excellent, but five people can’t sleep on it, so two of us still had to sleep in uncomfortable sleeping places. There is clearly mold in the toilet. There are stains on the ceiling from flooding. The sideboard looks as if that same Egor simply took furniture from his grandmother and brought it to stick it wherever his eyes look. The hotel does not look terrible or falling apart, but the furniture, the bathroom, and even the balconies with paint flying off on the railings require replacement or repair. The bed linen was clean, but the bed covers and some towels had some stains on them.
5) Although the cafe was delicious, there was something wrong every other time: on our first visit, we waited 1.5 hours for pancakes. It turned out that they had been forgotten. On the next visit, they forgot 2 portions of pancakes in the order as a whole. On another visit, there were no mushrooms in the pan called “Chicken with Potatoes and Mushrooms.” On another visit, carbonara was not counted towards the bill right away. All this does not make the restaurant worse, it’s really very tasty, but be careful when visiting. Oh, and when a restaurant has a “banquet” for the manager and his retinue, then it ceases to be a restaurant for everyone on equal terms)))
6) Cherry on the cake: Swimming pool! I was so hoping that the reviews were lying and that everything would be fine, but alas. The pool is dirty, the water is already cloudy, there’s just trash at the bottom, the grates along the pool fall off every other, and the children’s pool has ice-cold water and also terrible dirt. In general, “handsome”, as we were told upon check-in, is not handsome at all. It’s big, but I don’t recommend anyone to swim in it; absolutely no one cares about its condition (after all, why clean the pool and spend money on it when you need to refuel your BMW).
There’s also a cat living in the hotel) I had to live on Zyrtec for a week.

Запастись алкоголем, если планируете там остановиться!
Приехали по старой памяти. В 2008 были в медовый месяц. С тех пор ремонта и ухода отель не видет.
Начнём с того, что трёхкомнатная номер убит наглухо. Диван садишься в дырку, вместо одеял полотенца. Всё в ужасном состоянии. Туалет воняет мочей. Его даже не мыли перед заездом. Максимум ободок сверху. Простите за подробности он и не засасывает как нормально. Утро начиналось со слива бочка и плюс 5 литровой бутылки, чтоб заставить его работать. В душ без тапок лучше не заходить. Да и вообще в номере без тапок рискуете что-нибудь подцепить. Самое что "понравилось" это ершик с г..ном.
Ну то,что кондиционер не работал это самое слабое из всего. Его обещали отремонтировать ежедневно. В результате вскрыли и вся пыль кошками у нас на кровать вывалилась. Разумеется убирала я сама.
Бассейн отвратительный. Все разваливается. Растёт плесень на стенках. Детский легушатник зелёный, а джакузи почти чёрная.
Откуда и кто им там 5 звёзд вешает смешно.
И все эти удовольствия за 6000 в сутки. В сравнении: переехали в Дивноморское за эти деньги шикарный номер новый, весь блестит, ну и отель весь вылизан.
Уважаемый владелец Бриза, вместо того, чтоб удалять комментарии лучше удалите этот ужас с земли Хосты
