Great stay in an easy location with friendly, helpful staff and plenty to walk to. Room was clean, bed was super comfortable, TV worked well and so did the mini fridge. I would absolutely stay here again!

Yes everything is within walking distance...The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Alex is a gem..Hope he is the Manager...The Spanish chef is the best i have ever met..Such a humble guy...Told him i donteat glour and he did some plantain for me....so sweet....i will recommend to anyone

Great Deal, Great Accommodations!

This is a quaint, great-budgeted hotel right in the center of Basseterre, St. Kitt's capital city. You can walk to the ferry terminal (to take a $12 US ferry to Nevis) and there is a food court across the street nearby with delicious budget-friendly options (sushi, Indian, Chinese, gelato, Middle Eastern stalls). It is also close to Independence Square.
Alex, the manager, is a friendly and terrific host; he will book your trip on the Scenic Railway Tour around the island ($89 but unlimited cocktails and a nice way to spend 3 hours seeing the entire island if you dont have a car). He will also cook breakfast if you're an early riser like myself, before the rest of the staff comes in. The omelet and pancakes for $12 were a favorite hearty meal before I started each day.
The bed is super comfortable with great pillows, and the AC is strong. There is also reliable hot water and good shower pressure.
I would definitely return here and recommend it if you are looking to explore and just need a comfortable place to rest your head--the beachside resorts may be a lot more luxurious and easier beach access, but you'll pay 3-4 times the amount. I really liked being central to town for a taste of local flavor and life (and on Saturdays there is a produce market worth visiting just a block away on the beach).

Alex & Annie were very professional, courteous, kind and helpful during my 7-day stay at this lovely boutique hotel. Alex & Annie willingly answered all my questions about St Kitts, places to visit around the island, and most importantly, places to eat and have fun. The location is perfect! Close to the airport, ferry to Nevis, Frigate Bay beach bars, Port Zante and a few steps from the town center. The best part is that it cost less than $87/night including taxes. Best deal in town. I highly recommend Seaview I n for budget-conscious travelers.

Absolutely central location With nice balcony to the main street

This hotel is absolutely conveniently located. In a few minutes on foot you are at the bus station and Am Pier of the ferry to Nevis.
The street with shops and restaurants at the entrance to the cruise terminal is also reachable in 2 minutes, also a supermarket in 1 minute.
The rooms are small but tastefully decorated. The shower works perfectly. All that is missing is a hairdryer and an electric kettle. The bed is very comfortable. Breakfast à la carte is varied. It is not included in the room rate. There is a beautiful balcony with wonderful plants and comfortable seating, but out on the street the music is very loud. From the balcony on the right you really have some sea views. There is a well-stocked bar at the breakfast room. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. If you want to be mobile, make the right choice with this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Also online, I was immediately answered the important questions before I came.
