Stayed a few months ago and enjoyed it, so I stayed again and the staff remembered me and were lovely. Room was clean. They have laundry which is handy. No gym or pool. But JP’s Fitness gym is behind the hotel with a small supermarket, and Pinati’s is a short walk behind the hotel, with McDonald’s not too far. There’s a taxi stand a short walk behind the hotel as well which is handy.

Wifi was unusable! Nice rooms. Next to a church that began singing every day at 5am. Breakfast was more Western than Cantonese. No dim sum. 7 tv stations. Shuttle was 20 cheaper than a taxi. And nicer. Good water pressure and heat. AC was a bit strange. Room windows are not oriented towards the water. Perfect central location.

never again sorry...

We visited for dinner on a Sunday evening. Once seated we sat for 10mins without any service and were dying of thirst. I approached the counter where 2 ladies were, one busy on a calculator and the other drying glasses. I stood there for a good 5mins and not one even looked up at me - not even to say "I'll be with you in a moment" - just totally ignored me. After the locals seated witnessing this had a good laugh I went to sit down again and it took another 5mins before a lady finally appeared to take our order. We chose the hot & sour soup and were told that we can only have a large serve. Well what a surprise when it came out in a CAULDRON. It tasted like 2min noodle stock with half a bottle of chilli oil sprinkled around the outside and an ABUNDANCE of tofu - maybe chicken was in short supply all mixed with 2L of hot water - totally uninspiring... NEVER AGAIN

Best Chinese Food in Apia!

Didnt stay at the hotel but checked out the restaurant at the place by the same name.
The restaurant is located on Main Beach Road as part of the hotel. My local friends said this is the best place for Chinese food and so I checked the place out and it surely didn't dissappint!
Had the prawns and broccoli which was a good serve for one person and complimented with the fresh coconut.
The place has a great selection of dessert as well. Surely a place to check out if you're in the mood for some good Chinese food!
