Great stay

A perfect stay! Good welcome, spacious and comfortable room, excellent catering, ideal location for discovering Sine Saloum. A little extra for me, the villa on the beach offers fishing trips in the sea and in the mangroves. I highly recommend!

4 very nice days

I have been at this hotel 4 nights and I enjoyed my stay there, I liked everything. The room was perfect and spacious, nice bathroom also. The view from the room was over the garden and swimming pool. I could see a little of the sea also, but the room was on the ground so the view over sea was a bit limited of trees and bushes. All in the staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast and food was good and tasty,
As said, the hotel was at very nice place with nice view, in calm area on the beach.
They also arranged for us a mangrove tour to Saloum delta and it was really interesting. We also got to pick oysters hanging on bushes and the guide has grilled them, it tasted very good.
Next time I have my trip there around I like to spend a couple of days again.

Peaceful homely stay

We stayed at Maison sur le plage for one night. The place is more like a guest house and has a very homely feel. There was just us and one other couple there, and the owner, Christian, happened to be there visiting from France. It was lucky for us that Christian was there because the staff had fairly limited English and we dont speak French. The room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfy and came with a mosquito net. The setting was really nice and you could easily walk on to the beach through a door behind the pool. The staff were really helpful and gave us drinks and food when we arrived. We ate all our meals at the hotel and these were all 3 course meals of a good standard. They included lots of fresh seafood caught that day. The price was very reasonable too, I think about £9 per person per meal. Without a car the other restaurant options are pretty limited. There is not much to see in Djiffer itself.

Un petit paradis

Super Accueil, Supers repas .. Un deuxième passage oblige. Nous étions venus en janvier et donc vraiment envie de revenir..Le lieu aspire à la tranquillité et convivialité. Les oiseaux sont présents au dessus de la piscine et dans les arbres. Au fond, la mer et le bruit des vagues, des randonnées sur la plage, bref un petit coin de paradis..

La mer et la tranquilité dans le Sine Saloum

La tranquillité au bord de l'Océan. Ce joli campement est l'endroit idéal pour visité le Sine Saloum, parc national Sénégalais faisant partie du club des plus belles baies du monde. L'accueil est parfait, la nourriture excellente.
