Superb cleanliness, excellent location, extremely friendly and accommodating staff!
Excellent value, really clean and all staff friendly. When Marija greets you at the reception, you know you are in the right spot - your wish is her command! Staff is so friendly and accommodating, all you need to ask and they fullfil all your wishes, really amazing. Buffet breakfast itself is worth getting up - an array of different things, eggs alone in four different ways, plus all kinds of cheeses, small goods, pastries, muslies, hot food, fruit, you name it they have it! Still not satisfied, all you have to ask and they will bring it to you. I am well travelled, and let me tell you, this breakfast is Hyatt level, Don’t wait, visit and stay there, you will not regret it, I will be back once I visit again from Australia! Exceptional place! The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a great variety of delicious options. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel!

Just hotel
If you need a hotel just to have sleep than its ok. Big rooms, says that there is a spa but doesnt work always. The breakfast is continental and offer is poor but delicious. Near to the centar by walking. Kraljevo has excellent night life.
