Wonderful holidays at Villa Koket

In August 2025, we vacationed at Villa "Koket". It's a great place. Large, spacious apartments, everything you need. Across the street is a beautiful beach, there is no swimming, as the stones. But you can sunbathe here, always sunny, which is not the case with other beaches. Very beautiful nature. The scenery is fascinating. Well, of course I want to express my gratitude to the owner of the villa. A kind, sympathetic, thoughtful man. Always ready to come to the rescue. On the last day of our holiday, I had a surprise dinner. Thank you to the Seychelles and the locals for a wonderful holiday! We'll be back here again!

Nice clean and decent residence. Maintenance of the environment to improve. Decent breakfast. Very friendly welcome. Beach in front but difficult to swim there and in the middle of reinforcement work of the dyke. A compulsory car poor only far from everything or almost everything

Villa Koket is beautiful

I want to share my impressions of this villa, the friendly owner Brian met us, showed us and told us everything! The villa is very beautiful and well-kept, you sit on the balcony and the full power of the ocean opens up in front of you, colorful birds fly and chirp nearby! Simply paradise! The room has everything - microwave, refrigerator, toaster, TV, dishes, spices. They are cleaned every day. There are parking spaces for rented cars on the territory of the villa. The owner of the villa is always happy to help resolve any issues and give advice! On the last day of our stay, he treated us to deliciously cooked fish! I was very pleased with this villa and recommend it for those who decided to stay on a budget option on this island!❤️

A pleasant return, like home.

We come here for the umpteenth time. Here is the best combination of price and quality, in comparison with other places and hotels where we have been on other visits. We like everything: the proximity of the sea (across the road), the sandy and cozy Carana beach, the attention to detail and responsiveness of Brian and his assistant Natalie (for me, as an allergy sufferer, cotton pillowcases were specially purchased for pillows, much more), the owner is always keep in touch via WhatsApp, very convenient; two villas with four rooms each form an area with palm trees, a swimming pool, a shower, sun loungers and small technical buildings, the gates open using a key fob, the apartment has a separate bedroom with air conditioning, a kitchen-dining room with a fan and a luxurious balcony on the second floor, from where you can see the sea (we we love Franzipan apartments); there is a kayak, good parking for cars, shops nearby and an excellent fish market, where after 15-16 hours you can buy fresh fish and cook it on Brian’s charcoal grill; There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board upon request, beach towels. The calm and relaxed atmosphere captivates and does not let go. We come here again and again. Advice: take repellents and sprays against mosquitoes and midges with you. By the way, there are practically none here. But on the beach Anse Soley and Bo Vallon personally ate me up quite well, plus I’m also allergic. There is a lot of rain here now, which is not typical for the island. So stock up on protective equipment. It takes 20 minutes to drive to the capital of Victoria, 30 minutes to the airport. Tourist Beau Vallon is a 12-15 minute drive.

Good WiFi in case you need to work

A great place to stay, convenient public transportation to the city, daily housekeeping, nice walks on the area. Some sections at the beach to the left (north) are signalled as dangerous, owing to seasonal rip currents but there is another one farther north absolutamente wonderful. The manager Brian is a very interesting guy with some local stories to tell
