Good location and wonderful room
I only had the pleasure of staying one night but wow what a beautiful property and the room was top notch! Picked this location since it was walking distance to a business meeting I had and because it had high reviews from a colleague who lives in the area. Room was very clean and had everything I needed. Appreciated refreshments in the mini bar and the awesome shower! Breakfast at the hotel was also delicious with lots of options - amazing eggs! At the bell and front desk Keith, Ash and Brian were all very helpful as I did need to store my luggage a bit since my meeting was in the morning but my flight not until the afternoon. They even mentioned that there is a dedicated area to freshen up before a slight but I didn’t end up with time to utilize.

Favourite hotel in Singapore
This hotel is very well located. MRT is close by and bus stop is out the front. Staff, including Keith, Nor, Evan and Idil, are extremely helpful with directions and assistance. The buffet breakfast is bountiful. The hotel is clean and tidy and the rooms are very spacious and well appointed. We enjoyed a late check out and relaxed in the air conditioned foyer. As our flight was late evening we were also offered use of shower amenities with fresh towels and toiletries and if it hadn't been raining, use of the pool area. We will definitely choose Amara Singapore when we return.

Lovely short stay at Amara Singapore
We had a wonderful stay at Amara Singapore and would particularly like to thank Keith and his team for their exceptional hospitality.
Although our room wasn't ready when we arrived, the lady on reception directed us to a top level floor loung to relax until it was available.
What impressed us was the care shown even after we had checked out. Keith kindly arranged for our luggage to be stored while we spent our final day exploring Singapore, and when we returned before our late flight, he generously offered us access to a guest room so we could shower, change, and freshen up before heading to the airport.
These thoughtful gestures made a huge difference and turned what could have been a long, uncomfortable travel day into a very pleasant experience. It is this level of service and attention to guests that truly sets Amara Singapore apart.
Thank you, Keith, and the entire team, for your kindness and professionalism. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Singapore.

Cozy Central Renovated Gem
"Cozy vibes only at Amara Singapore! ️ Renovated rooms are modern, clean, and super comfy, with awesome amenities like the pool and gym. Plus, the location is a winner - Tanjong Pagar MRT is a stone's throw away ♀️.
Kudos to the friendly staff who went above and beyond! Shah greeted a warm welcome very good first impression of what a personal touch service is from the time we alighted with our bags to bringing us up all the way to the room and also stayed with us until our lights get sorted. He also is very knowledgeable on the area recommending us on what we can find nearby.
Mary Anne checked us in and sorted our 2 rooms as a family perfectly nearby, and Daniel was a superstar with storing our cake and on time delivery, get our keys sorted out when we forget once and ensuring us food served in the lounge are Muslim friendly.
Shoutout to the housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, towels and iron requests readily available if you need more) and maintenance teams (Naz on the lights, one more tech with the toilet door fixed and another just to show the other room how to use the bidet controller) for keeping everything spotless and running smoothly!
Breakfast buffet i= fuel for the day! Plenty of options and staff cleared plates efficiently. The lounge was chill. The product of the rooms are great with Netflix + YouTube on the TV were a nice touch . Minor cons: aircon and shower pressure could be better at some timings. Most fav was the fragrance shower amenities!
One odd thing: self-serving bags at checkout felt a bit meh as we seek help with assistance but ended up we were just given a trolley and brought down everything on our own to the driveway. Checkout was altho easy and smoothk . But hey, the staff are trying their best, and overall, it was a fab staycay! Can't wait to be back! Xoxo"

I’m so happy with my stay at Amara Singapore! The location is amazing—there are many restaurants, cafes, a market, and even a 24-hour mart nearby, which made everything super convenient. I really enjoyed exploring the area.
The room was excellent—comfortable, clean, and well-designed. Everything felt just right. However, I noticed there were no complimentary amenities like a comb, which was a bit unexpected. Also, the receptionist didn’t explain anything about the breakfast, so I was left a bit confused. And I was disappointed with the breakfast. The selection was limited.
The staff were okay—not particularly friendly or attentive, but not rude either. Overall, aside from a few small things, I had a great experience and would consider staying again mainly because of the great location and lovely room.
