6-Months of Friendly Support
Was pleasantly surprised with everything and the facilities were great.
I would like to especially than all the amazingly friendly staff who worked there from the staff at Breakfast through to the warm and supportive staff at the reception.
Special shout out to Jesnee (Suh Fang) who was always a joy to deal with. Her support up to the day my wife and I left was fantastic.
Compared to the pricing of other serviced apartment complexes near by (and I have stayed at few), the value for money was great. Our room was cleaned regularly, the complimentary breakfast during the working week was a pleasant surprise and the pool area was relaxed. The gym was also great and it was an easy walk to Orchard to groceries.

Good gym and pool .The only downside is that it’s not close to amenities.However,the complimentary shuttle service is greatly appreciated.A shout out to the driver for being on time almost every single time we used the shuttle service.

Reception staff are great and happily received parcels for us. Having the shuttle bus was a bonus. But even without it the walk from the
Bus stop was not long.
The room was comfortable as was the bed. Clean, modern and quiet.

The only thing is the walk to Stevens MRT is around 10–15 minutes, which isn’t ideal in humid weather. But they do have an hourly shuttle that goes to another MRT station, so that helps a lot.
A few downsides: they don’t provide pool towels, so you have to bring your own. The laundry room is convenient, but it’s quite pricey — $10 SGD per wash and another $10 SGD for a 51-minute dryer cycle. The complimentary continental breakfast is also pretty basic: juices, coffee, tea, some sliced fruits, cereal with milk, and bread with butter. It would be nice if there were some hot food options.
Other than that, the staff were amazing — super respectful, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, despite a few minor things, I had a really comfortable stay and I definitely recommend this place.
