Great experience

During the summer, my family and I had a wonderful time. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The pool's water temperature was just perfect. Although we had to deal with some bad weather, we still enjoyed the pool, which was rarely crowded; in the evenings, we often had it to ourselves. The surroundings were beautiful, and it was just a short walk to the city.

Hotel Park never more!!!

I was there for the 3rd time, this time with my daughter to have some relax in thermal town. I have chosen again this hotel for its services, restaurant, nice position in the park. And especially for the free swiming pool open from early morning till late evening. Arrived on Saturday 23/05, all seemed OK. Sunday morning we went to swim, it was perfect. Monday morning we went to swim - the pool was empty, no announcement what is going on. The reception told us that it is an emergency, some leaks and will be closed for 3 days, till 27/05. Later the announcement only in Slovak language, nearby the lift. I wonder if the other foreigners have undersood something ... But more strange was the fact that these "some leaks" seemed the planned restoration of the pool, they painted the ceiling!!! And moreover, after some days I have read in the local paper that the Hotel welcomed the national congress of nurses, starting on 28/05. And also that on 31/05 there was a celebrating evening and dinner for the official opening of the thermal season, with the rappresentatives from the Municipal office and the friendship cities. So where is the truth? It seems that the hotel management decided to "make more pretty" some hotel's locations, the pool included, to show it to the guests. Because the leaks could be repaired in some hours, not 3 days. What is absolutely inaccepted that we, the guests with booked period, were not advised in time, I would change the period of our stay and not paid over 800 euros for inesisting service!!!

Thank you for being a loyal guest and for your kind words about our park location, restaurant, and services. At the same time, we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the technical issues with our pool during your stay.
Please allow us to clarify the situation, as it was certainly not our intention to mislead our guests. The pool closure was indeed caused by an unexpected, urgent water leak that required immediate professional repair. Since the pool had to be completely drained, our maintenance team took the opportunity to refresh the ceiling paint at the same time to avoid another closure in the future. It was not a pre-planned renovation for the upcoming congress, although we understand how the timing might have seemed related from your perspective.
We would like to emphasize that we did our absolute best to compensate for this unexpected breakdown and minimize the impact on our guests. We immediately arranged alternative swimming options and free access to pools in partner hotels within Piešťany so that our guests could still enjoy their relaxation.
The notice should have been provided in English as well, and our reception team should have communicated the available alternative pool options to you more clearly and proactively. We are already taking steps to ensure all future emergency announcements are bilingual and clearly communicated.
Your feedback is very important to us, and we hope you will give us another chance in the future to show you our services at their best.
