Small house with 3 rooms near Bus Station

This is a house with 2 floors that has 3 rooms with bunk beds, a small kitchen with 2 small fridges and a table with benches for 6 people. There are only 2 bathrooms. In the roof there’s an attic that is used to dry clothes, that is completely messy. There are some lockers with keys where you can leave some things, but in the rooms there are only beds with no drawers. You are forced to have everything in your bag or laid in your bed. The house is 10m walking distance from the bus “station” (where buses stop in fact, as there is no ticket office). The place was small but rather clean. The only mess is seen in the beds that are undone or with a lot of stuff over them. There are no mosquito nets in the window. The bathrooms have soap for hands and towels for hands. I found the place quite expensive for the service rendered. There’s no reception. They just leave a tiny paper with your name, number of room and bed written on it. After 30m of my arrival the owner or person in charge appeared. He was completely drunk. I left quickly hoping that after 2 or 3 hours when I was coming back he would in better state, but he was not. It was quite scary, as he started asking for money without giving details. The following day I realized that what he wanted was the city tax that is paid in cash. The door of the house has no sign to indicate the guest to close it at night. In summary, a place not to be recommended in terms of security and comfort.
