Spectacular structure throughout

Spectacular structure in everything: from comfort, services, cleanliness, quality and variety of food. The location directly on the sea / sea view completes the beauty of the structure. Swimming pools with heated sea water are a cure-all for relaxation. Very nice and helpful staff.

Nice place expect for some of the staff

The place is very big, it has various buildings, it looks like a little town, the rooms are quite clean, a little old and the curtains don’t close properly so the sun shines through at 5 am. The staff was kind expect for the lady at the swimming pool bar, she was extremely rude and impatient, I can understand she has to serve 100s of people everyday but that’s no excuse to be as rude as she was, she mocked me for asking if she had napkins I could take with me to eat my sandwich. It was very embarrassing on her behalf but nevertheless the stay was pleasant.

Not entirely positive experience

The beautiful country unfortunately the complex of 3 hotels very disappointing
New and beautiful rooms with all comforts, unfortunately far from the restaurant and especially from the pool that almost unapproachable for too many people, 3 large unheated pools and a small heated always full. Too many children, and still very expensive everything, not recommended.

Welcome to see again!!!

No reception at the premium Vile Park Inn signage indicating that check-in is only at the 4* Inn (at least in October).
The room was nice and clean but you have to know that the rooms are decentralized and you have to go out to have meals at the Pension 4* which is not very nice when it rains like that was the case for us in early October. In my review, when the weather is nice it must be more pleasant.
Free parking is available not far but not very convenient to bring your suitcase when it rains because there is a little walk and no luggage service.
Breakfast is therefore taken at the Pension 4* either from 7 to 8.30 am or from 8.30 am to 10 am.
Don't forget your card specifying the chosen time otherwise you get set on fire by the receptionist who has only the name!
On the first day at 10:02, we had a reflection from a staff member reminding us that the schedule was until 10:00 (long live the holidays and let go), if you do not understand, the vacuum arrives at 10:04.
On the 3rd day, at 9:52 am the same staff member wants to get rid of my cup still half full and when I tell him, he reminds me that breakfast is taken until 10:00 am!
Every other day, you have to queue for coffee because the second machine (turned on) is hidden by a sheet and is therefore not available.
The evening meal that we did not have on site is also in 2 courses either from 6pm to 7.15pm or from 7.15pm to 8.30pm.
Fortunately there was a nice little restaurant not far away: the “News Café” with a warm welcome and open until 10pm.
