A bit of paradise in Andalusia

A bit of paradise in the hills above Albolote. We came for the first time last year as a couple and have returned with our family (this time booking directly through the hotel which was far better). Perfect service and exquisite food. Fields, birdsong and olive groves, incredibly comfortable beds. A wonderful terrace and a lovely secluded pool. It's slightly quieter in July and August so we would highly recommend, or late June (our favourite). Brilliant information on where to explore. Granada is an easy 40 minutes away by car.

Very relaxing and lovely food

We visited this hotel for the second time in July/ August 2025. We first visited in 2019. We are a family of 4 with two teenage boys. It was just as lovely as the first time and maybe even better. Just very chilled. Lovely food and a relaxed dining atmosphere. We would definitely think about returning again. It’s really lovely and very relaxing.

An experience to live and remember

A haven of peace and tranquility among a sea of olive trees.
The architectural complex exudes history and the service and attention from the hosts, Elko and Silvia, and all the staff, is 5-star luxury.
We will recommend it to all our travel agency clients and we will also return, God willing.
Thank you very much for everything. We are very glad to have discovered this hidden gem. We have been very comfortable.

The Highlight of Our Trip

What can I say? This hotel is truly one of a kind. It is an absolute paradise in the countryside, perfect whether you want to unwind for a few nights or stay longer to explore the nearby city (though renting a car is highly recommended).
The hotel has a beautifully relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are incredibly nice, pristine and clean. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place.
The food is exceptional high quality, locally sourced and incredibly supportive of small businesses. As a bonus, they cater to vegetarians amazingly well; the dinner alone is worth the price of staying at the hotel. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. They are incredibly warm, attentive and genuinely happy, which is a refreshing standout for the service industry in Spain.
Don't even think twice, just book it. You will love it!

More recovery is not possible!

The heavy wooden door slowly opens, and Silvia greets us – slightly questioningly – with our name. Also immediately has in mind the information about us new guests, which we exchanged days ago by mail. Wow. It remains that personal and dedicated. She asks about our plans in Granada, advises, calls. The friendly staff is always present but pleasantly unobtrusive. Assisted living! With birdsong and delicious orange blossom scent in the beautiful courtyards.
Where?
In a historic , spacious building complex, tastefully equipped with modern comforts but with rustic old light switches. On rolling hills surrounded by fields with magnificent views of the mountain ranges in the distance. A refuge. With the finest cuisine.
