Expectacular a whole paradise!!

It has exceeded our expectations!! An idyllic place, a surprising enclave, where the human hand has managed to improve it, a quality of Service, a great staff, very friendly and attentive, a gourmet cuisine in his restaurant Eliá, with an unbeatable ratio quality, price, we let ourselves advise and very successful, a place to recommend and return!, his exquisite style, a pleasure more!!

Unfortunately we couldn't go as the car broke us on the way, I can talk about the attention that is a pass and how they manage everything I love! If nothing happens on December 26 we are there, I recommend it 100% without having gone I am delighted.

Buenos días. Le agradecemos su valoración y le explicamos el tema de las mascotas. La normativa sanitaria prohíbe la permanencia de perros en las piscinas públicas debido a la salubridad y seguridad. Hay excepciones para perros de asistencia. Un saludo

Professionalism and attention of ten.

My family and I have been staying two days in this complex and have been very comfortable. The hotel is beautiful, the suite wonderful, the pool is a pass and is in an ideal setting. Above all, I want to highlight the attention and professionalism of the people who work there. We had a mishap with the hot tub in our room and they came loud and fast as if it were an army battalion to help us. I would like to thank you again for your assistance and apologize for the inconvenience caused.
We'll be back again, for sure.

Nos alegra saber que disfrutasteis de la estancia en familia y que os sentisteis cómodos en nuestras instalaciones. La suite, la piscina y el entorno hacen su parte, pero lo que realmente nos llena de orgullo es que destaques la atención del equipo —¡ese batallón siempre está listo para ayudar!
No te preocupes en absoluto por el percance, lo importante es que pudimos solucionarlo a tiempo y que se llevaron una buena experiencia. Será un placer volver a recibiros pronto.

To repeat!!!

It is a very nice place, it is the first time we have been there with the students, but we will definitely repeat.
Attention from excellent staff. Our monitor was Hector and both the children and the teachers are very grateful for his professionalism.
