Avoid at all costs: unsanitary conditions and zero accountability
Avoid at all costs – unacceptable conditions and no refund
I booked this property expecting a normal and safe stay, but what I experienced was completely unacceptable. From the moment I arrived, the apartment was overwhelmed by a strong sewage smell combined with extreme humidity, making the air unbreathable. It caused nausea, breathing discomfort, and a feeling of suffocation. These are conditions that no guest should ever be exposed to.
I contacted the staff immediately. No solution was offered, except being told that nothing could be done until the next day. I have written proof of these exchanges, as well as a video clearly showing the source of the unbearable smell and that I left the apartment in good condition. I even waited outside hoping the smell would fade, but it did not. The apartment was simply uninhabitable.
With no assistance and concerned for my health, I was forced to leave late at night and book alternative accommodation at my own expense for the same dates. Ironically, the replacement hotel was cheaper, clean, and provided a healthy environment, which only highlights how unacceptable this property was.
To date, there has been no refund, no apology, and no serious follow-up, despite an ongoing official complaint.
This shows a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for basic hygiene and customer care.
I strongly advise against staying at this property. Do not make the same mistake.
Absolutely not to be used – unacceptable experience and no refund
I booked this property with confidence, but my stay turned into a nightmare upon arrival. The apartment was overrun by an extremely strong smell of pipes, accompanied by excessive humidity, making the air unbreathable. This caused nausea, respiratory discomfort and choking. Sanitary conditions were simply unworthy of a rental accommodation.
I immediately contacted the staff. No solution was found, except to tell me that they could not do anything until the next day. However, I have written evidence of these exchanges, as well as a video clearly showing the origin of the smell and the correct condition of the apartment when I left it. I even tried to wait outside in the hope that the smell would disappear, but it was not. The situation was totally unlivable.
For lack of assistance and to preserve my health, I was forced to leave the premises urgently in the middle of the night and book another hotel at my expense, for the same dates. Ironically, this other property was cheaper, clean and perfectly healthy, further highlighting the shocking gap with this accommodation.
To date, no refunds, no excuses, no serious follow-up, despite an ongoing official complaint.
This establishment demonstrates a total lack of professionalism, consideration for guests and respect for basic health standards.
I strongly advise against this accommodation. Don’t risk the same experience.

LOW SERIOUSNESS ON RESERVATIONS
I made the reservation through booking in March to go on June 21 coinciding with the festivities of Fogueres de Alicante, they sent me the confirmation of the reservation by email and in May they told me that they did not have a room because they were sold out, I guess they could sell it at a higher price.
