Impossible to rest, wedding until dawn

We stayed with our 2-year-old daughter and it was impossible to rest: a wedding was held just below our room, with music until 1 a.m. and noise from guests until 4 a.m. No one had previously warned us that there would be an event that would prevent rest. Despite claiming, the hotel refused to refund the amount and their response was disrespectful and ironic. A very negative experience, especially for families with children: I do not recommend it to anyone.

Very disrespectful attitude of the receptionist.

When I went to sleep, the sheets on a bed were wet. In the morning (there is no one at night), we complained to the receptionist, who said she would call me.
I called myself after two days, and she hung up my phone, after raising her voice and in bad ways. The care has been very disrespectful and rude. He didn't call back. We're very upset.

Disappointment

I ask for the Sunday menu of 25 euros and the bar girl tells me that they have nothing on the menu. and she tells me that first frozen bravado potatoes and second breaded chicken and that is the menu to June 29 about 12:30

A nightmare

I am very disappointed!
We returned to this hotel in July after a good experience and it turned out that they gave us a sea view room that included almost 10 air conditioning motors in our heads. The morning before, when I mentioned it at reception, they almost scolded me for not having called the emergency number at night. We asked for a claim form and throughout the entire trip back they kept calling me to intimidate me that the daughter was worthless.
Anyway, I'm going on a trip and on the way back I hear a mailbox message offering me a free night. I call to confirm and they refuse, cut off the call, and do not answer emails or calls.
The worst hotel management I have ever seen, run away from this hotel.

Just good location

I do not recommend. It is true that it is a 2 star but there is no air conditioning, only in the rooms, but in the quadruple only in the small room. The airless dining room was suffocating.
Breakfast is not very advisable either.
The pool dirty water.
The restaurant is also fair.
The location is good, the rest is not to recommend.
