Friendly people a very good hotel and perfect team
The animation team including
Noelia, iris, alejandro y laura Those are really super they should definitely keep and 100% sure Noelia who can really share a show with the kids and the big people
I will definitely still go there no 5/5 but 10/10 food very tasty and taken care of everything tip top

We zijn in het bijzonder trots op uw mooie woorden voor ons animatieteam. We zullen uw complimenten persoonlijk doorgeven aan Noelia, Iris, Alejandro en Laura. Ze zullen het fantastisch vinden om te horen dat hun energie, vriendelijkheid en professionaliteit zo'n mooie indruk hebben achtergelaten op uw vakantie. Speciaal voor Noelia zullen we uw compliment over haar talent om zowel kinderen als volwassenen een geweldige show te bezorgen delen; we zijn ontzettend trots op professionals zoals zij!

Vacation with the family in Tenerife.
Clean rooms, the sea-view rooms offer splendid sunsets, all-inclusive is good, restaurant is not exceptional. The swimmable beaches are a bit far from the hotel; the beach in front has no services, useful only if you want to take surf lessons. We preferred to rent a car and tour the island; some beaches are very worth it, like Playa El Duque and Abama, very beautiful. Disappointment with Playa Las Teresitas, we didn't like it much. The island's climate is exceptional, little wind and pleasant temperatures, water is cold but you can still swim.

Lovely hotel
Stayed here for a week 8/5/26, I can't recommend this hotel enough, absolutely amazing. Reception staff are very helpful, I was given a room which was above a bar so was quite noisy and a good walk to the lift, so I asked if I could move rooms and they let me move the next day. The staff are amazing and the cleaners, it's in a lovely spot a few restaurant's, shop's and bars near by. I absolutely enjoyed my time at this hotel . I was getting picked up 3am for my transfer to go home and was nervous to wait in the street that late and fair play the receptionist got the security guard to walk me to the bus stop and wait with me, I was disappointed as I had no euros on me as I tend to use my card... I wanted to tip this man! But when I return I will tip this man for his kindness. Only one complaint... I did find it a bit expensive to stay at this hotel but I suppose you get what you pay for . Too all the staff your doing amazing, please keep up the good work . Hopefully I'll be returning soon

Excellent holiday! Sea view rooms recommended for peaceful sleep and lovely view
This is a lovely hotel. Great locaton, close to all the amenities.Beach, shops, bars all on the doorstep.
The rooms are quite small, very clean and have lovely bathrooms with modern rain and hand shower.
The sea view rooms are very quiet and worth the extra money.
Decor and furnishings in hotel were beautiful. Boutique style and lots interesting beautiful Spanish style tiling.
All inclusive drinks were the best Ive ever had at any hotel. Top labels available on many spirits and cocktails.
The pools were lovely and sunbeds always available. A little disappointing to have to pay 1.50 for new pool towels and a 15.00 returnable deposit.
Staff were very good everywhere and all entertainment was fun and added a party spirit.
Great holiday! I definitely recommend.
I'll return again soon

Beautiful
Location is superb. Right in the centre of everything.
Lovely atmosphere in the hotel.
Room was inadequate for the money we paid and had a damp smell. Manager agreed and moved us to a suite immediately.
We paid for privilege treatment but found it very hard to get booked into the restaurant, however, the all inclusive buffet was very nice and in particular one of the waiting staff, Tommy, made our experience special when he went to great lengths to make sure I got a wine that I liked. ❤️
