Relaxing family holiday
The location is brilliant, if you want a relaxed vibe away from the english breakfasts and tourist tat.
There are fantastic local restraunts that make great food with a focus on local ingredients.
You are still close enough for a short drive to main attractions like siam park.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom, and the room was great. Very spaciouse, cool and the in room washing machine is very handy.
Its very much a self catering situation with cleaning. But honestly that was fine with us.
The facilities are lively too, very clean and accesible.
The walls are thin, so if exstrenal noise is an issue for you it may be somthing to consider.
The pool was great, there was a life gaurd on as well.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definatly return.

Beautiful but forget about peace and security
2-week stay in this apartment hotel. The accommodation was spacious and very well equipped. But bedding worthy of an Afghan prison: hard, wooden bed base that creaks. Not great. In a small spot sheltered from the sun, at the foot of building A, a hangout for drug smokers: it stank up the whole stay. People play soccer at the foot of the building by kicking the ball against the wall and until all hours. And the pool: you pay to have peace and quiet. The result is that the rules are not followed: people are playing ball and jumping around, preventing others from swimming peacefully. And what about the so-called lifeguards who are useless and certainly don't enforce the rules. It's no surprise, I saw one on his phone all morning. I am disappointed that the customers are left to their own devices, given the price we pay.

Great stay!
Great stay in a nice and quiet location (if you have a car). The apartment was very big and comfortable, with great kitchen. The pool was very nice and clean. The communications was great and we had a really good time. Would love to come again!

Total and absolute lack of empathy.
I made a mistake when choosing the dates, and I selected them a month in advance of when I intended to stay. Let me be clear that I know the fault is mine, because I only realized it when Google notified me that my reservation was coming up soon, but that does not justify the treatment I received.
I immediately called the hotel to see if anything could be done: changing dates, receiving a partial refund... anything. The response was a resounding no. They told me that, in any case, I would have to speak with Booking, as the cancellation terms were their responsibility. I called Booking right away, and they told me that of course, something could be done, and that they would contact the accommodation. They called and told me that, indeed, they could offer me two solutions: cancel or reschedule, paying an extra fee. I was surprised when they told me that the cost of cancellation was the total cost of the apartment (around €220 for two nights) and that rescheduling would raise the cost to €750. More than three times the original reservation. When I checked on Booking, the cost if I reserved from scratch was €492.
They told us, however, that by calling the next day and speaking with the manager, something could be done. I called Booking again, they contacted the manager who, as in the first instance, told us again that neither rescheduling nor cancellation would be possible: they were not going to do anything.
Let me be clear that I always said that, of course, the problem was mine, that I had notified them with very little advance notice and that I was willing to pay a surcharge, or to recover only part of the money, but the options they gave me (I repeat: more than three times the price of the original reservation for a one-month difference) seem abusive to me.
The icing on the cake was, moreover, the completely ridiculous response they gave to the request via email, which I quote verbatim: "We have received the response from the property, who indicate that there is no alert for a typhoon or any other natural phenomenon affecting the destination at this time." It is, certainly, the least professional experience I have encountered. Absolutely shameful.

I would not return.
At night, one cannot sleep due to the noise from other guests, and the supervision is very lax.
