Terrible and rude staff, too basic rooms at a high price
The rude lady, it seems that it bothers him to have guests in the house, as if we were there for free, shocking. Small uncomfortable beds (I left there with a stiff neck) that risk falling. The sheets NEVER CHANGED in 7 days, rough cleaning, noisy rooms.
There is no kitchen, there is no possibility of even washing things by hand, under penalty of exclusion from the pension without reimbursement! There isn't even a table to place things near the bed. It's hot, there's no fan, small windows, you have to run away from there in the afternoon. Cockroaches everywhere even in the rooms and bathrooms (obviously dirty and shared).
You don't even have a mini fridge to cool the water!
On BOOKING.COM it says that there is a terrace, which in fact there is, but it is unusable.
I complained to Booking for a refund, but they told me to speak directly to the lady. Always wait.
The only good thing is that the area is very central, you have the beach a 5 minute walk away and you are surrounded by restaurants.
Unfortunately, however, working in Los Cristianos, I was forced to stay in this hole of c. , but I advise against it to everyone.
Don't give money to these types of people who treat tourists badly!
