We only stayed for one night but I would definitely go back. Staff were super friendly, location is great. It was clean and well decorated.

A disastrous hotel, not soundproofed, you can hear absolutely everything, the TV doesn't work.
The TV doesn't work, we have mentioned it several times at the front desk and the problem was not solved. We asked for a quiet room but I think they didn't pay any attention, we couldn't sleep, YOU CAN HEAR ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING, there was a constant dripping, it was mentioned at the front desk and they didn't care at all... the supervisor was going to call us, she didn't make any call at any time. Really a disastrous hotel, in my life I have seen a hotel with such bad management, it could be older, but worse managed is totally impossible. In short, IF THEY PAY ME to go to that hotel I WILL NOT GO, because it is impossible to sleep, cardboard walls everywhere.

Internet was very shoddy ..otherwise rooms were large, bathroom large and clean and breakfast was plentiful

SPECTACULAR SERVICE!!!!
The hospitality and customer service is on top notch.Our room booking was well organized by Mr.Javier Conte de Jong,we loved our room 110❤️.and Ms.Sonia.Good job !!
The evening receptionist Ms. Maria. F. also gave us a spectacular service,attention to details and all of them were always smiling while serving us.Housekeeping team also took good care of making sure we had a clean room great job!
Restaurant team also served us a lovely breakfast Thanks to the team!!
Dinner was well organized and served well(Tapas)by Mr.Pedro.Great job team we will surely come back again!

Check in slow no information given re breakfast WiFi or any other hotel services so thought it would be in the room but no nothing.
Room very dated noise from outside very noticeable as not double glazed, smelt clean but on closer inspection wasn’t that great . Hair in bathroom from previous guests dusty side tables
Breakfast very basic and not replenished while we was in the room , cold eggs beens mushrooms bacon all gone no more brought out.
On the 31st was a private party being hosted but no alternative option given to actual hotel guests no bar no restaurant, didn’t find out until the actual evening as wasn’t told before at booking or during checkin
We had to find alternative but everything was booked up so we ended up in a little mini marked and back to our room to eat bread cheese and ham drink from the glasses for water.
In my opinion this was bang out of order 1 taking a booking without giving full information regarding the 31st 2 no mention at all during checkin on the 30th . Taken our money without giving us a second thought
And to boot well over priced for a tired and dated hotel
When I spoke to the bartender about getting drinks he said come back down after midnight and pay €50 each to join the party till 4am with a huge smile on his face.
