Very bad experience

We had a confirmed booking and, at the last minute, they cancelled it without any solution, leaving us literally lying around. When we arrived at the hotel it was all closed, there was absolutely no one in reception and no one responsible. All there was was was a phone number at the door, which we knocked on insistently but they never answered. Total lack of professionalism and zero customer service. I would not recommend it under any circumstances.

If you have low expectations you won't be disappointed. The only positive of this place is its proximity to Barcelona Sants Station. Otherwise it was pretty poor. They found it hard to actually charge my debit card. In the end I had to get Booking.com to intervene. Reception closes at 10pm and you have to check in online whereupon they will give you a code to get through the front door and leave your key out for you. I left at 8.45am the following morning and there was no one there. So I didn't see a single human being. The room was clean but very basic which you can expect given how cheap the price is by comparison with other hotels in the locality. I was particularly annoyed because after my visit I made no fewer than 4 attempts to get them to give me a confirmation of my late arrival as I wanted to claim compensation from the train operator. Twice I sent a message via Booking.com. I tried phoning but no one answered so I left a voicemail. Finally I emailed but all with the same result, no response. I had booking for this September which I have now cancelled.

to be absolutely avoided

Hotel close to the central Barcelona. Only advantage. This is probably why the room rate is so expensive: 150 euros. Because for the rest l hotel is really low-end: tiny and wet room in a room that must have been a cellar in the past, deserves to be renovated, bed 1.40m but maybe less, floor covering t in the hallway torn....in short a very bad value for money. Besides, the receptionist was hardly kind.
And no breakfast.
Anyway! As a tourist you feel despised.

To flee!!!

I put 1 for the kindness of the host. I had hot water but 5 minutes later there was more so my spouse could not shower.
Taps leak from all sides, when I left the shower cabin there was water everywhere on the floor, the bath mat was soaked. Hair in the shower that was not my person. The next morning we wanted to make a coffee at least at the coffee machine since they do not offer breakfast and surprise out of service.. the room rate is extremely expensive for services and especially the lack of maintenance of the hotel and have a minimum of comfort when you take a hotel.. I do not recommend this hotel at all I will not go back there for sure!!

Poor customer service

Enrico, the baggage handler, showed a hostile attitude when he received the baggage for storage with Bounce. He did not care about providing good service or customer satisfaction. Really, I do not recommend leaving suitcases in this place due to unkindness and professionalism, during the attention he did not even look at us, he was looking at the cell phone
