Very good value
They provided Towels and Tootbrush.
Tv remote wasn’t working and the cards to enter the building and my room expired. So had to go reception to reactivate.
Free water upon arrival.
Very good location as in everything you need is at the doorstep.

I informed 3 times that I was arriving after midnight and I didn't get a reply.
I had to carry 3 big pieces of luggage through the street

⚠️ Serious safety concern – fire alarm handling
There was no thorough check of each individual room and common area, no evacuation process, and no confirmation that all guests were safe. Handling a fire alarm this way seriously endangers the safety of all guests.
Fire alarms are not a technical inconvenience, they are a critical safety system and must be treated according to strict regulations.
