The location/area is great. The price is too high for what it is. The temperature in the room is difficult to control. Lots of noise from the neighbours in the terrace. Overall it was OK/Good but not excellent nor bad.

The worst experience I've ever had on a trip

They didn’t answer the door, they didn’t answer the phone the agency gave me, the email the agency gave me bounced, and no one contacted me before, during, and after the booking. I didn't get the service. The worst experience I've ever had on a trip.

Barcelona stay

This was my fourth stay at a Numa property, so it's safe to say I'm a fan....hoping for a loyalty scheme to be introduced!
Roca was initially a bit confusing, as the rooms are actually in two separate buildings a few doors apart on the same street. I ended up trying to get into the wrong building and wondering why the door code didn't work. Once I worked out where the correct building was I was able to get in and use the luggage storage until I could check in.
This is a great location, right next to a Metro station, shops, bars and restaurants. The street has been pedestrianised and has created a very pleasant atmosphere. The former crossroads nearby have be turned into a lovely public square with plenty of seating etc.
The room itself was good, although felt like a little maintenance was needed, The original tiles were a nice feature, but some were a bit loose and a few were missing from the shower cubicle floor. Pretty much every coat/towel hangar was loose, as was the wash hand basin in the bathroom. The balcony was a nice feature, although some net curtains would have been nice, as there was very little privacy with the curtains open in the room. My main gripe was the lack of any kitchenette like a lot of Numa rooms have, not even any plates or utensils. I believe there was a kitchen area as well as some shared public spaces in the other building, but that felt very inconvenient. Also the clothes rail was pretty useless, as the fridge underneath it meant there was no room hang anything up. There was a little noise from adjacent rooms, but not enough to really bother me. It was nice to have air con, but was it barely needed with the balcony door open. The bed was fantastic, the mattress and pillows were very comfortable and the bedding was good quality. It seems the toiletries provided in the bathroom have changed since my last stay. It's nice they are still provided, but the hair conditioner had a strange cheesy smell.....
Overall, perhaps the least best of the four Numa properties I have stayed at, but I still enjoyed the stay, it was a great location for seeing all of Barcelona and I didn't find anywhere else that looked better at the price I paid.

Apartment in reasonably quiet part of

With 2 couples 2 apartments we had number 2 as an apartment much smaller than our friends at number 3 well that is fine because we only sleep there of course. Quiet neighborhood, noisy apartment, shower could be better clean. Everything is reasonably within walking distance nearby. Breakfast can be arranged before being put at the door in the morning. There is a general hall that everyone can use. In room is fridge, safe, kettle, coffee maker, hair dryer, shampoo and soap. Balcony you can just sit on.

Unbelievable stench in bathroom, utterly inexistant staff support

Horrible stench coming from bathroom pipes, this accommodation is not fit for living.
Absolutely no response from the staff until 48hours later, i was stuck in this room, with literal smells of human feces reeking from the bathroom. Im honestly at loss of words.
Numa wrote to me 24hrs to offrr 20% off a future booking. Needless to say im never returning to a Numa property in my life
As a frequent business traveler i cant afford these malfunctions
