We will not return

We had taken the 300 m2 apartment for 5. The apartment is very poorly maintained. Cleanliness leaves something to be desired. French doors do not lock but you are told that it is not a problem because you cannot enter from outside. No vacuum cleaner, no Welcoming basket, very poorly equipped kitchen. Decor very damaged and which is not up to the standard of a luxury hotel: torn tapestry, door frame that falls ... Tiny bathroom, ill thought out space. In short, fortunately there is the view. Ha and I forgot when you are quietly in bed facing the sea now passers-by come in front of your window. I wasn’t ready, finding myself in a small outfit facing strangers disturbed me somewhat. Well yes it’s normal it’s public! We're not coming back.

Hotel with view but very poor Price quality ratio

Rooms and restaurant next door where you have breakfast with exceptional views but this is the only interest of the hotel!
services are not at all related to the price: bathroom small , could well be refreshed , shower door slides badly , paint flaking, no product apart from soap and shampoo, only small cupboard in the room aging also
Very average services: no water bottle delivered every day, plugged mosquito repellent plug with empty container from 1 day to 3 days!
No Lounge or Bar , No Service
All this for nights over 400 euros, we find much better in begur!

No luxury hôtel nul

Room not worthy of a luxury hotel:1/ not maintained, 2/ a small room with a very small closet no other storage 3/ the bathroom door does not slide 4/ constant noise all day until midnight of the restaurant next to the rooms,5/ parking space not reserved for the hotel, 6/ the outside light illuminates the room without being able to turn it off 7/ swimming pool which looks like a large spa without towels or deckchairs no space around 8/ no Service no lounge where to drink 9/ the restaurant is not part of the hotel only the trouble is there with the restaurant guests who walk in front of the rooms 10/ no hang towels for small hands 11/ garbage can defaced 12/ the body milk is in the shower hung on the wall 13/ lack of training of people at the friendly Welcoming but not worthy of the price paid ... only the view is good

teasing and money

Too bad! a room that was a julo, full of moisture and depressing!
It's not worth it at all, we've felt cheated. A mini apartment that to get there you have to take a tour of decadent Spain of the 70s, lots of dandruff and dirty glass, without any maintenance.
Never again, so we are going to ruin tourism in our country!

Very disappointing

To avoid... Surf hotel .. . that bets only on its view
Excessive price: (442 for 2 nights) cramped bathroom.. smell of toilet all day reported but a priori it is normal, noise of the extractor of the restaurant. And finally breakfast not included at 25€ and minimalist
Flee consumer friends!!
