Perfecto!

Just back from these lovley apartments, literally in the middle of La Carihuela
Yes they are old, but I love that they are still Spanish in decor
Sea view was amazing
Loved the little kitchen area
Beds were comfy
Towels changed everyday
Great little garden area (but the early morning tweeting birds were annoying!)
Sun terrace had fantastic views..but better beds and a few sun shades would be nice
Mari Carmen is a great housekeeper, supplied me with an iron and a hairdryer
Carlos in the office, again helpfull and attentive
We had a fantastic break, weather was amazing!
See you all again soon!

Spotless apartment

Me and my sister are at Alegría now, going home tomorrow. Marie Carmen is lovely and friendly and keeps the rooms clean. White fluffy towels and clean bedding. We went to the roof terrace too hot..would have stayed there if a few sun shades where available. We enjoyed our stay.

A little Spanish gem

Our 10th visit to the Alegria apartments and nothing changes. Lovely Spanish atmosphere in an out of apartments. If you like old fashioned self catering with a twist of Spanish influence, these apartments are for you. We always stay beach-side, so nice to eat breakfast watching the sun rise over the ocean. Marie-Carmen, who cleans these apartments to the highest standard is a gem, as is Mary who looks after the bookings etc. You won’t find a nicer, friendly place to stay. Even the terrapins remain in the first floor pool within the lovely hidden garden.

Little Gem

Perfectly positioned on the first line, facing the Playa de Carihuela, there are 6 sea-view and 6 street-view Studio Apartments, comfortably equipped in traditional Spanish style, with a complete kitchenette including a two-ring electric hotplate, fridge with freezer compartment and crockery/cutlery for 4.
The complex is immaculately maintained by the very affable and efficient Housekeeper, Marie Carmen, who will do her utmost to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Many guests invariably return year on year.

Worst weather but the Alegria is still special

In spite of the heaviest rainfall I ever experienced in Spain our little studio apartment is cosy and warm and clean as it always is when Maria Carmen preps your room. The sea views are better than television.
