Good experience
Just returned from our stay at this Hotel. We booked a superior room which meant we had a balcony. The room was fairly spacious & very clean. Fresh towels /beds made every day. Staff were all very friendly and Kira on Reception was very helpful. We had half board & found the breakfasts & evening meals good with variety each day. We did find it a bit noisy at night as our room overlooked a busy street but as the Hotel is in the centre of the Old Town this should be expected. A trip to the roof top bar is a must with fab views! Would recommend this hotel.

Hotel with poor rooms and very noisy at night.
We were given a very small room, which doesn't even have a balcony and has a tiny window that cannot be opened. The hotel is located in the center of Benidorm in the noisiest area. The cleanliness was very poor; they left the bags of what they removed from the rooms and mops in the hallway all day yesterday, and the windows of the stairs are extremely dirty. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lamentamos que su estancia no esté cumpliendo con sus expectativas. En relación con la habitación asignada, le informamos que las Habitaciones Estándar no disponen de balcón. Le invitamos a pasar por nuestra recepción, donde estaremos encantados de atenderle y, si lo desea, solicitar vestir las camas como cama de matrimonio o valorar un cambio de habitación, cuando sea posible a lo largo de su estancia.
En cuanto a lo que menciona sobre el pasillo, hemos trasladado la incidencia al departamento correspondiente para que se revise y corrija.

Would recommend!
Great hotel. The staff were very helpful on reception and went out of their way to help me store my medication, very clean hotel. Had a lovely Seaview room with sunbeds on our balcony, sun all day and towels changed daily.

Hotel Alameda just perfect
Stayed for the first time this month but will be booking again for my next trip to Benidorm. Perfect location, central old town next to numerous lovely bars and restaurants and one street away from the beach. It was perfect, super clean, great check in and out with friendly staff. Gorgeous rooftop terrace and great on street var/ restaurant to people watch and just chill. I loved it.
