Bittersweet
The pool is renovated; it goes without saying that it is much more accessible than before.
But by removing the jacuzzi, it has left many elderly people unable to bathe.
They should monitor the people swimming more closely, since this year there were many nationalities and there were people who went in with clothes and even socks on.
The cleaning service on the 4th floor, totally disastrous.
There were 3 of us and they always gave us 2 towels and 2 shampoos or gels; we had to tell them every day.
The changing of sheets in 10 nights was nonexistent and the lady's cleaning leaves much to be desired.
Not everything was going to be bad, the food continues to be spectacular.
Especially the paellas and rice dishes.
It should be noted that in the summer they have a barbecue 2 days a week and it is very well prepared.
And above all a 100 for the receptionists and the dining room and bar waiters.

Met expectations
Well located hotel, you can travel the city and its beaches from one end to the other, without the need for a vehicle.
The right and pleasant employee treatment.
The right room and no noise. Cleaning rooms, very well, with change of bed linen and towels on the third day.
The buffet menu, suitable for your category, with a wide variety of foods, starters and more than ten dishes to choose from. Various desserts. Continuously replenishing food, as it is consumed.
By the way, on Sundays, there is also a kitchen and I haven't seen any leftovers.

HOTEL. BAD FOOD AND THE REST ACCEPTABLE
Room acceptable but change of sheets exceeds 10 days.
Fun and dancing, well it's relatively acceptable.
Food, Uf bad or very bad in flavors / preparations, if you are hungry, you just eat it.
I wouldn't repeat again at Christmas until the chef and the way of making food change
