Facilities with a lot of potential, but serious maintenance and management failures.

We have been at the campsite for 3 days (from Friday to Sunday). We want to clarify that we liked the campsite in general: the facilities are very good, the staff is super friendly, the activities are adapted for all ages, and the restaurant food is spectacular. We felt at home, and even the neighbors in the adjacent plots were lovely. However, there were several serious maintenance and organization problems that must be taken care of much more: Hygiene and services: First thing in the morning, the restrooms were dirty. Also, the toilet water didn't work, so dirt from several uses accumulated. It is something very unpleasant that a campsite has to monitor rigorously. Delay at the pitch: We arrived on Friday at 12:00 in the morning, but they didn't connect our electricity until 5:00 in the afternoon, and that was after having to go and complain twice.
No air conditioning: The air conditioning didn't work in the game room (where the machines were also broken), nor in the restaurant, nor at the reception. Inside it was unbearably hot. We thought it was a one-time thing, but we found out that they have been like this all month. It's a shame, especially for the reception workers, who endure those temperatures all day.
The issue with the sun loungers: Congratulations to the guy at the pool for how he deals with people. It is incredible that someone takes 7 sun loungers first thing in the morning and only one person shows up. Although there is a sign that prohibits it, the campsite should control it strictly. Several times we had to leave our towels on the ground because everything was "reserved" in an uncivilized way.
We liked the campsite and the staff is good, but these points significantly affected the comfort of our stay. I hope they solve them soon!

Misleading advertising, additional crib charge, and non-transparent electricity charge

We were in a Prime bungalow a week ago. The quality of the accommodation is good, but the management of the campsite leaves much to be desired.
*The 3 main problems:*
1. *Misleading advertising*: In the main photo, there are slides in the pool. When asking at reception, they told us that it was "only some days in summer". It was the main reason why we chose this campsite.
2. *Unconfirmed crib and additional cost*: We requested it in the reservation and no one contacted us to say if there was availability or to inform us that it had an additional daily cost. That charge did not appear in the confirmation.
3. *Electricity charge of €26 without transparency*: They inform you upon arrival that you have 20kw included. But you do not have any meter or access inside the bungalow to see your daily consumption. At check-out, they charged us an extra €26 for electricity, without us being able to verify at any time how much we had spent.
If you are going to provide an electricity quota and charge for extras, the least you can do is install a meter so the customer can monitor it. This avoids this feeling of being charged blindly.
We left very disappointed, we will not return.

Avoid this place, not dog friendly, not allowed to walk dog

Don’t buy a static or casa here, you have to sell at a loss through Almafra. Google owner Nedic ! Avoid

Almafra

The camping pool is small. You have to queue at 9 a.m. The pool opens at 10 a.m. The staff is unfriendly. Peter, who looks after the bungalow, is impudent and talks rudely. You have to pay for everything. Football can't be played on the small field and only until 8 p.m.

Fraud

We were cheated on the electricity bill.
According to Pitchup, the first 7 days included electricity. However, we had to pay for the full 10 days. Upon our inquiry, we were informed that Pitchup's translation was incorrect.
