Perfect relaxation in beautiful surroundings
From the first moment we were greeted by an incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, who with genuine presence and good service made us feel at home. It is clear that they burn to give guests a good experience.
The hotel has a special peace and charm, and the surroundings of the beautiful nature create a unique and relaxing atmosphere, which is hard to find elsewhere.
We highly recommend Hotel Hermitage to anyone looking for peace, authenticity and personalized service. We will definitely return!

A charming gem…
The dining is of high quality with a certain refinement.
The staff is welcoming and attentive.
Very quiet place in a magical location.

Nice hotel
Unfortunately, the fitness area did not live up to the expectations of a spa hotel. It consisted mainly of a runband and a pair of exercise bikes, so the range was rather limited.
It was also a little pity that not all rooms have a balcony as it would have made the stay even better.
On the other hand, the breakfast was really good with a large selection and everything you could wish for.
The paths around the hotel were very uneven and could benefit better maintain.
Overall we had a great stay. The hotel is a nice choice if you are looking for peace and relaxation, but I would definitely recommend having a car as there are limited options in the nearby area.

Lovely small and friendly hotel in a stunning spot
In the evening we enjoyed drinks before dinner in the courtyard which has far reaching views into the Sierra de Tramontana.
In the restaurant the menu is well balanced and short enough to give one confidence that the food is being properly prepared and cooked from fresh. All the food we had was delicious.
We can highly recommend staying here.
