Holiday
Nirvana had set us up a game of water volleyball it was fun and we got a reward after really good. And she was very nice to us

Review
Heudy was the best part of the hotel he looked after the kids made sure they was safe the whole holiday he really was the best part of the hotel but although the TV did not work all week and had got woke up by cleaners at 8am every morning other then that amazing

Bloody awful!
Not what it seems. Only on day 1. 6 more to go. Not for family's at all. No evening entertainment. Not even any music. Bar closed at 10pm with shutters down at 930pm looking like it was closed. Food really poor. Choice of like 4 meals. Luke warm. Meant to be day time entertainment but wasnt any, the "guides" just walked about and swam in the pool. Air con good but very noisy! Pull out bed awful. Lop sided and sunking in on the middle. Snack bar is non existent litrally meat and bread unless you pay for pizza dries etc which defeats the purpose of all inclusive?! Only positive is sun beds are easy to get well today they was. Ice cream included in AI but locked inside meaning need to be fully dressed to access. Kids cant go them self. Not worth the 4k paid for a family of 4. Shocking and a rip off.

During the season, we run an entertainment programme for adults and children, a kids’ club for the little ones, daytime activities and music by the pool, in accordance with the schedule set for each day.
As for the All-Inclusive package, this includes a buffet service for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as the drinks and services included in the package you booked. We regret that you did not enjoy our culinary offering, as we strive to provide a varied selection for all our guests.
Regarding the sofa bed, as soon as you informed us that you found it uncomfortable, our team took immediate action, notifying the housekeeping department to provide an extra mattress to ensure a more comfortable night’s sleep. We regret that, despite our prompt action, the solution did not fully meet your expectations.

Great for friends
The location, although up a hill is ideal.
There is a large pool and plenty of sunbeds. Poolside cocktails very good.
The room was very nice although the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable.
Due to the nightlife, it was very noisy at night with people coming home.
Breakfast at the Duke bar on the beach is amazing
