Found the day of arrival on the island
Booked at the last minute, very friendly and found well. Duplex apartment with terrace and swimming pool. Quiet area but close to a park, supermarket, Sardinian restaurant of Italians, Luna Park and bowling. We rented a scooter to be more comfortable to get around. Advice.

Relaxation and Peace
We stayed here for a week during our holiday in Gran Canaria and overall we enjoyed it very much. The structure is quiet and relaxing, perfect for those who want to enjoy a few days of relaxation. The heated pool was really nice and we enjoyed it.
The staff deserves a special mention: everyone was always kind, smiling and helpful. For any request or small problem during your stay they proved ready to help.
Upon arrival the apartment was not spotlessly clean and I preferred to do a more accurate arrangement, but once settled we were really good all week.
The location is convenient: nearby there is a small supermarket and from here it is easy to reach the various areas of the island. There is no indoor bar, but there are vending machines for coffee and snacks.
Free parking near the property.
Overall it was a very pleasant holiday and I would definitely stay again

Very good I can in a little better
Second year we stayed in the park nogal for 10 days, my experience says the following, need to improve some things in relation to sleep example pillows very poor quality, I as allergic quite serious problem, everything else is good as room balcony kitchen pool cleanliness, and very friendly staff, thank you

Friendly and helpful staff.
The best, the quiet, the pillows and the back terrace.
The complex needs a good renovation (antique furniture, taps with little pressure, archaic and stale decoration...).
On the other hand, from my point of view, it should be noted that there is a large community of cats that prowl around the terraces and common areas, giving smell and inconvenience our rest.
Despite this, the value for money is the right one.

Ideal for a few relaxing days
Nice and super quiet complex despite its high level of occupancy at this time.
Common areas, swimming pool and solarium very clean and well maintained
Basic bungalows but in very good condition and with the necessary furniture, elements and kitchen utensils for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning.
Efficient services staff and the very friendly, agile and resolute Receptionist who made our stay very pleasant.
