To repeat.

Everything was correct and to repeat, we slept here one night because we were on the way and everything was fine, super charming staff and varied and delicious free buffet, they replenished it every now and then. According to the reviews I saw before staying, they were that we didn't sleep well because of the noise from the bar below, since it is a cocktail bar/cafeteria, but we slept great anyway and the beds were super comfortable, it's just that you can hear a lot when someone comes in. In the hallway rooms, you can hear the card and the beep.

Poor cafeteria experience

We did not stay at the hotel. We went to his cafeteria for breakfast, which we had good breakfast but an incredible lack of coordination. The command was brought to us half-heartedly and we were waiting for the rest of breakfast 45 mins when they were serving the same to other tables that arrived later than us.

Unprofessional

Embarrassing and unprofessional.We went with the family to have some drinks. A haughty character handed out gummies to the children and my daughter and didn't offer them. With the skewers the same thing happened, to those at the next table gave double ration and to us nothing.
You have to be more aware of the clientele and be a little more professional. With palmito, it's not enough.

Good Price, Good location

This average hotel located in city center of Cangas (5min walk of the restaurants area), was reopened last month, with new mattress(very comfortable) and towels in the rooms.
The staff are very helpful and the manager, Jose, very friendly.
This hotel offers the continental breakfast each morning, basic but good.
Basically for what you pay is a good option. (Good prices).

Horrível...Fujam do Hotel Hollywood

Horrível.....falta de profissionalismo do rececionista Sr. Jesus, reserva feita e chegamos ao local sem reserva! Fujam daí......:( O rececionista é o primeiro contacto com o hotel, é o espelho! E se fossem com voçês?? Mas há males que bem por bem! Hotel H4 é TOP TOP TOP com uma rececionista super prestativa, simpática e super profissional! Hotel Novo e Recomento, será para repetir seguramente! Já agora o rececionista Sr. Jesus que tire um estágio com a super profissional Sandra (Hotel4) para haver se aprende alguma coisa! ;) E não estou a insultar ninguém que era o que merecia!
