Mallorca's value for money
The hotel is a great place to do whatever you want. It's quite a big complex, with 3 outside pools and one internal heated pool where the spa is located. It's near one of the most beautiful beaches of the Northwestern side of the island which in July is quite crowded. The area that is located is full of Hotels and Resorts so you can literally find everything you may need from Super Market, Pharmacy, a variety of shops. If you're like us you need to rent a car and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Mallorca either it is a beach (more than 200 to pick your favourite) or it is a small village somewhere in the mountains (You should visit Valdemossa and Soller at any cost). The hotel offers a variety of foods in a buffet style for Botha breakfast and dinner which is a great deal. The cleanliness is great and they change towels every day, as long as you put them on the floor. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are quite good and spacious. The only problem is the extremely small refrigerator which is not cooling even 2 bottles of water. If it's possible to ask for a room that's facing the pool which is a nice scenery. Kids also have a lot of things to do, and having a walk towards the port in just under 10 minutes is a great way to spend your evenings. One thing that could be better is that most of the hotel's employees speak Spanish, German but not so good English. Everyone was talking to us in Spanish which was not a major problem because all of the personnel were smiling and they always tried their best to serve all of their guests. The hotel also offers a paid parking spot which is a good thing to do especially if you drive a big car like a van. We also had lunch one day but the pool and everything was so delicious. One thing that is disturbing but it's a common thing I've seen in every hotel is the fact that you pay to drink water at dinner and you're being charged for a small bottle of steel water for an amount of 2.5€. All in all we've had a great time spending 8 days in July which is the peak of the tourist period and never faced a serious problem. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Very nice hotel with a top location
The pool area is really special and invites you to relax. The food / buffet (half board) was also very good and very varied.
The room was large and clean, the bathroom as well.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room did not work. A positive aspect to highlight, however, is that a room change was subsequently possible in an uncomplicated and problem-free manner.
The location of the hotel is also outstanding – especially the proximity to the beach is a big plus.
Overall a very nice stay, which I am happy to recommend.

Very good hotel if you are not celiac
The facilities are very well maintained, almost all renovated and the cleanliness is exceptional, a very quiet hotel and the hotel staff is a real gem, they make you feel very good at all times. Unfortunately, we cannot include in this review the attitude of the Chef, we went with my 11-year-old son and he offered us almost no gluten-free options when it had been notified when making the reservation and it was confirmed to me that there was no problem with it. During the week we were there, we were only offered bread and pasta and the rest of the buffet with cross-contamination. Furthermore, he refused to fry some sad french fries for him for the next day or boil a little rice, they also do not offer cookies or any gluten-free sweet pastry at breakfast ... In the end we had to go to the supermarket to buy things so he could eat something different and this is not tolerable in a 4-star hotel when theoretically the hotel is adapted.
The lack of empathy and the automatic NO for an answer from this gentleman means that if we return to the island we will opt for another option that understands what celiac disease is and it is a shame, since we had been going for more than 10 years in a row to this hotel.

Gladly again
The entire facility with everything around it is highly recommended. The food buffet was excellent; anyone who can't find anything here or complains has only themselves to blame. The rooms were clean and air-conditioned, only the bathroom is slowly getting on in years, with a bathtub.

If you can stand paradise, come to Bella Playa!
Very nice ambiance in a quiet and well-managed hotel. Food, cleanliness, service, management - everything is great, every wish is fulfilled. Short walk to the beach, harbor is easily accessible on foot. Both peace and entertainment are possible side by side.
