Good hotel with things to improve
It is a small hotel with very few rooms very close to Plaça Des Born, very central, but very quiet. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the bed is also very comfortable and the fact of having a small private terrace upstairs gave it a touch of greater charm. Going in low season (December) the price went pretty well. I know that in summer it almost triples its price, in that case, maybe I see it a little expensive because of what they OFFER.
After the first night (we stayed 3 nights) we came across a sign in the room that said "...If you think it is not necessary to clean your room on Sundays, let us know so that we too can enjoy this holiday a little more with ours..." When I pay for a room, I like to find it arranged and with clean towels every day. Writing like this makes you feel "heartless" if you ask them to clean up on a Sunday... I don’t know, the truth seemed out of place, they know that no one (or hardly anyone) will tell them that they do want the room clean.

Ciutadella on the doorstep.
Our room was Tierra. Contemporary finish, a nice size with a small outdoor area.
Cleaned daily and it was absolutely spotless. Loved the daily cakes left in the hallway for all the guests. Great way to access the property with the door code rather than having a key.
First night did not get off to a good start as a neighbour had a party while 4am which kept us awake and we'd been up since 2am the previous night to travel.
There are some things that could be better to improve the room.
A full length mirror, more surfaces to put things, real cups for the coffee rather than paper cups that went soft, no need for the mini bar just need the fridge, everything is on the doorstep to buy.
The bed settee needs attention, it's bent in the middle like a taco, impossible to sleep on your front, this is not acceptable for the weekly rate.
We enjoyed our stay in a prime location but it's not really cheap.

Hospitable and clean
Nice clean and very hospitable.
Very fragrant and in no time you feel like you are at home.
Susanna super good.
Very convenient, in the center, in front of the cathedral.
The bed very comfortable and you sleep well.
Nearby there are bars and restaurants
