There's a charge for everything.
The hotel has up charges for every little thing, towels, loungers by the pool etc. Each floor has ONE bottlle refill station with fresh water, as well as the lobby.
The all you can eat breakfast and dinner, has a wide selection of foods not prepared well. Mostly over cooked, though you can wait in the long line for the "cooking station." We ate dinner the first night and never again after our 7 day stay. Lunch is ala cart and painfully slow, even for European standards.
The rooms are basically quiet, though be aware that the rooms on the dinning side are loud due to the music at night.
All and all, I think the hotel was overpriced for the quality of our stay.

Beautiful location, close to fabulous beaches.
Great service, especially with drinking water.
Bar and terrace great for evening drinks.
Light on balcony automatic between 9.30 and 11pm, so if you want to enjoy the view of the sea in the dark at night, you cannot.

Superb location and unforgettable sunset views!
Pros:
Location: The location is superb, with the beach right at the hotel's exit. To the left as you leave the hotel, there is Platja dels Estanys, which continues for miles of pristine beaches. To the right, there is a smaller beach, Platja D'Es Coto, which is extremely convenient if you want to jump into the sea as quickly as possible. Both beaches have fine sand and a smooth, gradual entry into the water.
The Room: We stayed in a room on the top floor (6th floor) with a terrace. The room was large and spacious (34 m²), featuring a huge terrace equipped with sun loungers. The terrace was worth every single penny! Sitting there and watching the sunset was amazing, and the sea view was absolutely spectacular. I was a bit worried about the air conditioning since we were on the top floor, but it worked flawlessly and kept the room perfectly cool.
Staff & Hotel: While the hotel isn't overly fancy and doesn't have a massive lobby, the staff is incredibly nice, especially the reception team.
Food: We opted for half board, and the food was good. A special shout-out goes to the fresh fruit—particularly the watermelon and pineapple, which were delicious—and the evening desserts, which were well above expectations.
Great Amenities: A unique and very thoughtful touch that I haven't seen anywhere else: there are drinking water stations on every floor where you can get cold filtered water.
Post-Check-Out Services: Another major plus was the flexibility after check-out. We were able to store our luggage in a dedicated room and continue using the hotel facilities (the pool and sun loungers) for a few more hours. Afterward, they provided a courtesy room complete with toiletries and towels, allowing us to shower, get changed, and get ready for our trip back home.

None. Highly recommended!
