Pros and cons

The location is perfect. The price, at the level of Salou, being that all the equivalents of there that I have tried, almost 10, have pool, not here and buffet more varied. The buffet is scarce but of superior quality to others, of course, better here, except for sausages and cheeses of low end, and absent ham. The weekend had rice or pasta, on Monday almost nothing hot. As much as it is cheaper or there are fewer people, they should be cared for the same. Room in somewhat regular condition: crooked lamp, shower door does not close, dirty terrace, mattresses and pillows too soft, slow elevators... Very friendly reception staff, allowed us to check in soon and not change rooms even though we had two different reservations, this is a very positive point and to be thanked. Located on the same promenade and close to shops and restaurants. We will appreciate repeating.

Unassisted in the face of mass poisoning

I cannot recommend this hotel under any circumstances. Last year, during a year-end trip, 20 children became intoxicated. Several of them were bedridden for days and required medical assistance.
What is most outrageous is not only the seriousness of what happened, but the absolute lack of professionalism and ethics of the post facto management. We have tried to contact the hotel repeatedly to manage insurance coverage and have simply opted for silence. They do not return calls or answer emails.
It is a total lack of respect for families and irresponsibility to a public health problem. If you are looking for a safe and responsive place, this is definitely not the place.

Lamentamos mucho que tu experiencia no fuera buena en el Hotel Brisamar Suites, pero se debe matizar la información que usted esta proporcionando.
Como bien comenta hace unos meses vino un colegio al Hotel y se produjo un virus estomacal que se contagio entre varios estudiantes.
Tal y como indica el protocolo, el hotel fue inspeccionado por sanidad recogiendo muestras de alimentos, análisis a todos los trabajadores, permisos de manipulación de alimentos etc. Cabe destacar que el informe de sanidad resolvió que el hotel NO fue la causa de la intoxicación alimentaria. Este informe fue enviado a el colegio. Ninguno de los otros huéspedes o trabajadores fue intoxicado por ningún alimento. Además uno de los niños que se hospedo en el hotel ya vino con vómitos tal y como se refleja en el informe.
Hemos estado en contacto con ustedes a través de correo electrónico y también de llamadas, y lo seguiremos haciendo siempre que sea necesario. En este caso, dado que el Hotel no tiene nada que ver con esto, no podemos reembolsarles el dinero que nos demandan.
Quedamos pendientes de cualquier información que puedan necesitar.

Confort

Very comfortable hotel on the seafront. Spacious and clean rooms with a good balcony. WiFi OK. It has a good bar with good terrace.

Bad treatment and little delicacy.

We have spent years spending summers in this hotel and everything perfect, last year 2024 we booked a Suite in height and very well , this year 2025 we also booked it in height because it is the only one we asked ,2 days before arriving at the hotel we were confirmed that it was booked floor 3 ,on our arrival we are denied the reservation and give us lower than agreed, a reception staff treats us very badly when requesting more height the day a Suite is released , the treatment of this person and his superior It was not very nice , the rest of the staff very friendly and correct as always. In the end we canceled the reservation leaving for another hotel in the area.
