Just Amazing!
Can't recommend this property highly enough. The location is ideal for exploring the stunning old town of Cuenca. The views from our room were stunning and the apartment was very spacious, clean, and well-appointed. A warm welcome, made us feel at home immediately. The only slight negative is that you can hear some noise from the neighboring rooms, but you have to remember this is a historic house and some allowances need to be made.

I have never been colder in my life
We were there the third week of March, entering one day every day. When we arrived, the building was empty (we were the first guests).
They gave us the "Miguel Hernández" apartment. When we entered it felt cold, but they told us that they had just turned on the radiators, so we didn't give it any importance.
But for the entire first day and night, the room was an absolute refrigerator. We had to stay with our coats on, and to sleep we had to make a kind of igloo with the duvets and our coats.
In the next two days, the temperature rose, but it was never comfortable. For example, I couldn't shower, because the cold was inside my body (my wife is braver).
That apartment, with stone walls and such high ceilings, is impossible to heat with radiators, and in our opinion, should not be rented in winter. Then we found out that the other apartments, instead of radiators, have air, which is always faster.
To say something positive, the building is very well located, and they have tried to do a nice renovation (although the workers clearly hated them - for example, in our apartment the cable tubes are visible and held in place with mortar).
Furthermore, they do not maintain the apartments (in ours the light did not work in the shower and the drain did not drain) nor do they clean them properly. We found a missing light bulb and a piece of glass from it on the ground.

Lousy fresh money
We couldn't travel due to health problems and we made the reservation through a platform. The platform canceled everything for us without charges but be careful with this lady who charged our card for the entire stay.

Like camping indoors
Access to these apartments is best achieved with either the support of a sherpa or a comprehensive knowledge of the Cuenca road system. Not having either we hauled our suitcases up three very steep inclines to the front door; which was locked. We rang the phone number on the door and five minutes later we were admitted. We had been promised 'a balcony overlooking the old town' and our lift journey to level 'minus 2' did not bode well. Sure enough we were back down several levels towards where we started our ascent overlooking a brick wall, not the old town. To our surprise we found that the 'two-room apartment' was in fact one room divided by a curtain. Every conversation or sharp intake of breath by one couple was available to the other.
Unbelievably the bathroom facilities were at the far side of one of the 'rooms', within the room. The toilet was enclosed by a curtain and the bath by a precarious room screen reliant on the friction between the wooden frame and the revealed-stone of the wall. Personal privacy was cast to the winds although a chamber-pot was provided. Wi-fi was advertised but no password made available. Breakfast was promised in the room but nothing materialised. The lighting is poor with both kitchen lights hanging from the ceiling by the cable.
Overall this was disastrous and we are fortunate that we are all from the same family so there was less embarrasment. At £160 for the night this place is not fit for purpose. Someone has spent a lot of money converting this place and got it very, very wrong.

Great Place to Stay.
We stayed in the lowest of the apartments, which was still quite high up. Beautiful old renovated hotel, I can't remember how many years they said they were renovating for, maybe 4, but it was totally worth it. It's a beautifully restored hanging house, built into the cliff face. Amazing. Great location too. We even found parking relatively easy, which amazing considering how much it's in the centre of the old town.
